Jordan (sales manager) and Marshall (salesman) were amazing during the entire process. I had a 2 hour drive and they asked what they could do while I was on the way. They got my financing worked out before my arrival and I was only there 1.5 hours from pulling up to leaving in my new Jetta. Couldn?t recommend this place enough.

I went to Flow because my check engine light was on... They got me in when I wanted. The bad part was the part was a $600 dollar with $239 in labor costs. I have bought the car there and I have had all the scheduled maintenance and other repairs done at FLOW. I was really angry that I would have to pay $600 for an airflow computer circuit. The service manager and the assistant Rick got back with me and said they were proud and happy that I have done all the work with them. (no one else has ever touched my vehicle) and that they appreciate my business.. Having said that they did not charge me for the part and I only paid the labor. The vehicle all has 60,000 miles on it. The problem should not have arisen in the first place. Thanks FLOW

I am a new owner of a 2017 VW ATLAS! After driving nothing but Honda/Acura’s my entire life I was a little skeptical about switching to a VW. The salesman that helped me was Marshall and he was amazing!! He pitched the car well! Very informative and did not pressure me at all. Everyone at Flow made me feel very comfortable and it has been the most pleasant car buying experience I have had to date!

Will Rittenhouse was our salesman on Feb 6th, he did an amazing job representing this great product and making us feel at home, his personality made him very easy to talk with. He was by far one of the best salesman we have dealt with recently and in our previous car purchases. For this purchase we went to every car dealership in Wilmington and Jacksonville area, not counting the online ads and calls we had made ... and Will by far out shined them all. We look forward to working with him in the future. Jordan Branyon also did a great job for us definitely one of the best, working us a deal that we were able to afford. Jordan and Will's patience and ability to get the job done even though we kept them there after 9 pm was very very much appreciated. Took my 2012 Tiguan in when I realized I had water inside the car. They diagnosed it quickly as a leaking sunroof. Explained the extent of what needed to be done. Took my loaner and left. Low and behold it was returned dry and sanitized to remove any smell and mold spores...even detailed the car. Thom was the best! Flow needs to be sure to hold onto him. Thanks Thom.

I had test driven several cars from other dealerships and had varied impressions from them. I thought I had it finally narrowed down to two cars, but I was nearby the Volkswagen dealership and decided that I should at least test drive the last vehicle on my list- a 2018 Golf GTI. I was introduced to Emil and throughout the entire process he was respectful and extremely professional. When I asked to test drive the GTI that I wanted and he simply gave me a rundown of the vehicle, retrieved the keys and plates, showed me the interior along with the functions specific to the trim, and then hopped out and told me to have a good test drive. At the end of my test drive Emil was genuinely disappointed that I had only done a small loop, similar to my other test drives at other dealerships with the salesman in the back seat. He recommended that I should take it on the highway to be absolutely sure of what I was thinking of getting, and that if I wanted to that I can come back to test drive again- so I did. I put nearly 50 miles total on that vehicle and during those miles the car sold itself. I never felt pressured during the entire process and I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone who always needs to test drive a car before making a decision.

Took my car in for its annual checkup Tom in service was excellent. He smiled a lot- very professional - kept me updated etc. Great great experience- service waiting area has been renovated and it is awesome???????????????????? Best service area and experience ever😍

I rated My experience at Flow EXCELLENT because that's exactly what it was. The atmosphere created by the 3 profesionals we dealt with was both friendly and informative. We never felt pressured and are very pleased with the deal we worked out. We would recommend FLOW highly to our friends and aquaintences.

I went in for an airbag recall and the service man was very friendly and provided me service records for the car which I needed since I live out of town. Overall great experience and very fast!

excellent prompt service and good coffee in comfortable setting while waiting! I am a repeat customer and will visit again when my VW needs service.
