I must say I was somewhat disappointed.

I must say I was somewhat disappointed. I had an appointment at 11 AM. I called them on my way because I was delayed in construction traffic but arrived at 11:08. My vehicle sat there until noon and was never moved. All I was there for was to have a new key fob programmed. Once I complained that the car was sitting there for an hour basically they got it in and had it completed programmed and parked out outside on the lot for me to pick up in about 20 minutes maybe even sooner. They knew I was driving an hour and a half to get there and then they ate up an hour of my time letting the car sit and no service performed!!

Moses has always took very good care of me.

Moses has always took very good care of me. Elijah sold me my car last year and has always checked in with me to see if I ever needed anything. The service department was wonderful, especially Rick. He found a way to fit me in and helped me get my car back safely on the road!

45,000 mile service, I was informed by text of everything and they had me done in about an hour. Very good service.

I bought my Nissan Kicks new ...I always use their service center for my car needs. Staff us nice, helpful and fast. Never had a problem there KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB

I am so very impressed with the Nissan service department

I am so very impressed with the Nissan service department when they serviced my Nissan Rogue. They even took a video of the work they done. I thought for a moment you all had mistaken me for president Trump with the treatment I got LOL Thanks Joe for the great service.

Chad, Rick, Kim and Megan were awesome!

Chad, Rick, Kim and Megan were awesome! I hate that I had to pay 3k for a car I couldn't use. However, I understand business is business. The team was great and communicated very well throughout the whole process. Would recommend to anyone

Update on the Nissan.

Update on the Nissan. Warranty work didn’t cost us a dime. New OEM parts including entire motor , turbo , and catalytic converter. This thing screams now. Taking it home to detail and see if she wants to keep it or sell it. So even though we had a problem with the Nissan brand , the service department was excellent at Moses Nissan.

Aric made this such a great experience.

Aric made this such a great experience. He really has a passion for cars, and he knows more about their features and specs than anyone I’ve ever known. He took the time to guide us to our dream car, helping us find every option that we needed, ensuring that we had a car we will undoubtedly love for many years to come. Lee was a great help with financing and all the necessary paperwork and made that end of it a breeze. Thanks so much to you both for making this an exciting experience!
