I’ve already done a review on Salesperson Megan Brown and how extraordinary she is. Now it’s time for Kudos for Chris in sales and Lee in Finance. These people also went above and beyond with my new Frontier purchased in August, 2024 and my wife’s new Kicks purchased in October,2024. What a team. Let me also acknowledge Kim and Nathan in Service who also make the customer feel valued. Although, I won’t buy a vehicle in another Moses store due to rudeness in Service, I highly recommend the entire crew at Moses Nissan for their dedication to their customers.

We went to pic up our car today. We were greeted at the door by Chris who personally walked us to the service department. Kimberlee helped up the other day and today. Everything was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. We live this Nissan dealership. FEK (friendly, efficient, knowledgeable)

I brought my car in to get inspection done today. And Megan Brown was the first person to come out to help me. She sold us the car about a year ago and bent over backwards to help us with the purchase of the car. And today when I arrived for my service I was a scattered mess and had arrived a little late for my appointment as well and she helped me get situated with finding my insurance and registration cards today and guided me to the correct place that I needed to go to check in at the service desk and her help made the process so much smoother. And it just really helped to have a familiar come straight outside and help me. She is awesome and as well as the whole team. Thankyou. 🤗

My husband wrote a review two months ago when we purchased a new Frontier from Megan Brown. All I can say is this salesperson is truly amazing. This past Saturday we took possession of a 2024 Kicks. Again Megan lived up to the expectation and then some. She is not pushy and truly wants the customer to be satisfied. Our new Kicks had to be brought down from Ohio. The day it came in, Megan was off work. Yet she made an effort on her day off to be there when we took possession. When we mentioned that she didn’t have to come in on her day off, her comment was I never let someone else deliver a car that I sold. Now if that isn’t putting the customer first, I don’t know what is. Kelly Smith
