All the appointments I've had have been on time. I drove up to Service door, it opened, I drove in, got out and the workers immediately took over for my vehicle inspection. It was done in 20 minutes, I paid and was on my way. I appreciate the promptness. When done, I wasn't feeling well and had trouble walking, they parked my car in the service area so I could get in it with no trouble. I really liked that. Thanks Nissan 😊

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Even though I drove three cars before I found the one I wanted Eric was still very patient and helpful with me. He went over everything and was so nice. The guy from the finance department answered all my questions and made that part a breeze. Afterwords Eric helped me set my car up. It was a great experience I highly recommend it!!
