I’ve gotten my Titan Serviced here for about two years
I’ve gotten my Titan Serviced here for about two years now whenever there is a recall. They do a pretty good job of getting you in and out. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I did have an issue in the past that caused me to not have my truck for a couple of days. They picked me up and took me back home, but I didn’t expect it to be that long and no one called me to tell me about it. I had to call and find out myself. They did come out to pick me up though when it was ready for me. I live in Hurricane so it did suck to not have any mode of transportation.
