My initial review was rather poor due to my initial experience being rather poor... however, the dealership did step up and offered to take a look at the vehicle I had just purchased. All necessary repairs were made by the service team at no additional cost to myself, and I was even offered a courtesy vehicle to drive in the interim. They even dropped my vehicle back off at my house and returned the courtesy vehicle when repairs were finished. Jason in sales and Chris in service were the saving points of this dealership and I am very appreciative of them both. Thank you for turning this around. If this level of service and care had been employed when my issues had first been reported, I would have happily given this dealership a 5 star rating.

Have tried calling them to trade back the junk they sent me and management wont return call or answer questions, would never deal with them again

I bought a used 2005 Escalade ext , six days later tranny causes problems after 3 days finally got a call and yes they fixed it free and clear but after a month of fighting for a title they ended up sending it to the wrong towns courthouse and wont return calls to get the problem fixed, on top of that they didn't align the truck or change the oil or even bother to put fuel in it after the repairs were made overall very unhappy
