Great service
The representatives are extremely friendly and very helpful. The greeting when you arrive is top of the line as well. They are also very knowledgeable about the vehicles and are able to exactly describe the work that has been done or will eventually need to be done on the vehicle.

Service issues that were carry-overs from puchase of vehicle
Had two issues outstanding from the purchase of my car. Couldn't be more pleased with Mike Needham's handling of them. He had to coordinate with my sales rep and sales manager and handled both issues to my complete satisfaction. He is the epitome of "customer service".

A Perfect 10
We were very impressed with Shannon Peek from initial contact through delivery of our new RX-350. Friendly, professional and informative, Shannon is the quintessential Sales Associate. His patience in explaining features of the car speaks volumes for those of us slowly entering the 21st century. We are loyal Lexus customers primarily due to style and quality of the product as well as professionalism of Brumos Lexus and team players such as Shannon.

Catching up on two recalls
Our vehicle had 2 recall notices outstanding on it so we decided to get them taken care of. Our Service Rep. Mike, advised us the work would take about 4 1/2 hours so we would have a loaner vehicle to use while our work was being completed. Whenwe arrived the checkin process was quick and efficient and Mike had us out the door in short order. We did our shopping and had lunch and were pleasantly surprised to get a call from Mike telling us our car would be ready ahead of schedule. Dealership outside emplyees greated us back and transferred our packages to our car. We were pleasantly surprised to find our car had been given a first class wash job and topped off with gas!!! It doesn't get any better.

New Car Shopping on line and in person
My first interaction with dealers as I began my shopping experience was via email... Lexus Sales Consultant Leonard Morelli responded in a timely manner with an actual email response. Other dealers basically only respond with canned emails... and never answer direct questions... I appreciated the open interaction with Leonard. He made my decision to make the purchase easy, and we completed the agreement to make the purchase in one hour.

Great 1st service on my new GX 460
It was easy to make the appointment and they took my car right in. The Customer lounge is very nice, although it was very cold that day inside, as well as outside. My Service manager, Mike Needham is the BEST! He has such a great positive attitude and is so helpful and explains everything easily.
