Great experience. 5,000 mile service on a leased Lexus. Made the appointment the day before. They were ready when I got there, communicated well, performed service promptly. Very courteous and professional--couldn't have gone better!

Best Car Buying Experience I've ever had

It was very easy to buy a car here. No pressure but lots of appropriate help. Shannon Peek was a great help and has followed up after the sale.

From the time you drive into LeXus Service thru check out is an enjoyable experience My service advisor was Christian Parenio who wss efficient; pleasant, professional I elected to wait out the service Waiting area was comfortable with lots of amenities (water ,coffee etc) The wait was only 1 1/2 hrs My car was delivered bk to me washed and thei interior was spotless! They do a good job at Brumos

Fast, Freindly, Fantastic Service

Took my car in for a scheduled service. Had a fantastic experienced from the moment I pulled in. I was attended too immediately, checked -in and escorted to an available service representative who was very helpful and friendly. By the time everything was set up for the service my loaner vehicle had already pulled up curbside. Service was done within the given time frame and picking up my vehicle was as easy as dropping it off. Great dealership, has a lovely waiting area with various amenities ( beverages, snacks, pc's, tv's, etc). Look forward to my next service.

September 16, 2014 10,000 mls complimentary service

First, I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Larry explained what service will be done and how long will it take. Then I was directed to the waiting area where we (my spouse and I) had a cup of coffee and delicious and fresh pastries. At the time I was promised the car was ready. Thank you for a great service.
