From the time you drive into LeXus Service thru check out is an enjoyable experience My service advisor was Christian Parenio who wss efficient; pleasant, professional I elected to wait out the service Waiting area was comfortable with lots of amenities (water ,coffee etc) The wait was only 1 1/2 hrs My car was delivered bk to me washed and thei interior was spotless! Took my car in for a scheduled service. Had a fantastic experienced from the moment I pulled in. I was attended too immediately, checked -in and escorted to an available service representative who was very helpful and friendly. By the time everything was set up for the service my loaner vehicle had already pulled up curbside. Service was done within the given time frame and picking up my vehicle was as easy as dropping it off. Great dealership, has a lovely waiting area with various amenities ( beverages, snacks, pc's, tv's, etc). Look forward to my next service.

First, I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Larry explained what service will be done and how long will it take. Then I was directed to the waiting area where we (my spouse and I) had a cup of coffee and delicious and fresh pastries. At the time I was promised the car was ready. Thank you for a great service.
