How did I ever live without this car ????

My husband and I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus CT200 from Brumos. Joy Daunhauer was our Sales Rep and I have absolutely nothing but positive to say about her. In my past experiences many car sales reps tend to brush off any female that comes on the lot by themselves, but not Ms. Daunhauer. She took her time and answered all my questions, I could definitely tell she was very knowledgeable on of the makes of cars on the lot. She was friendly and made a really stressful thing like buying a car, a very pleasant experience. As far as the car goes lets just say there have been arguments on who gets to drive it ! As a person who thought they were a German sports car customer, I must admit that my new little Lexus has stolen my heart !

We have been Lexus of Jacksonville satisfied customers since 1998. And now under the Brumos ownership it has gotten even better. Courtesy and excellent service have always been there but now with the recent expansion, the overall customer experience has become even better. I met Larry Berry on the previous service visit and will call on him each time I need service. He is courteous and professional.

Lexus excellent service.

I love my Lexus RX350. Larry Berry is my service manager and he is great, friendly, helpful and takes good care of us!! We live 80 miles away and it is a pleasure to take my car in for service. My daughter and granddaughter both drive Lexus Hybrid from Brumos Lexus and love them. Larry Berry is also their service manager!!
