I took my car to Fields Mercedes Benz of Orange Park

I took my car to Fields Mercedes Benz of Orange Park Monday, December 29, 2025. The engine light was on. They took it in immediately and the service team sent me a video while I was waiting to keep me informed. The Service Representative, Michael Drummond, was wonderful about giving me updates and, in about two hours, the problem was resolved under warranty and I was back on schedule. Everyone is pleasant and professional. I have purchased my cars at Fields since about 2010. Mr. Drummond is the very best Service Representative I've ever had. He really cares and shows it with exceptional care. While waiting, I talked with Alex Shelver about ordering me a new car as soon as they are available. Alex has the integrity that gives salesmen a good name. I prefer small cars, so I get my Smart Cars from Orange Park. My husband has purchased his Rolls Royces from Orlando, but we hear rumors they might be coming to Jacksonville. I do hope Mr. Fields will put them in Orange Park.

I recently had a service tech complete an oil change on my property for my GL450. He was very knowledgeable, professional & courteous towards me and the GL! I am sooo glad to have had my vehicle serviced via Merc dealership. What a great way to start the holidays!

I took my Mercedes 350 in for its annual service and Rodney Rivers was my service manager. From beginning to end he was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and addressed all my concerns. He arranged a ride back to my house. The car was finished early and the work was done as promised. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Orange Park and ask for Rodney! Andy Romer

Wonderful experience.

Wonderful experience. Zarinea was very helpful and took very good care of me. Everything was timely and efficient. My loaner car was ready and waiting and Zarinea took my car straight back to start service. All expectations were exceeded.
