Took my Cherokee in for oil change and 30k service. The required maintenance was clearly explained by Pam at the service desk, including what didn't really need to be done at this time. I got a shuttle ride from and back to the dealership. Work was completed in the discussed time frame. Efficient and friendly service!

We'd done a lot of research on vehicles offering 3rd row seating and all of the safety features. We have a couple of grandkids we are raising and others that visit and stay. We want the space and safety! The car just wasn't enough. Our 2001 Dodge Caravan has 284k miles and has been the best car ever! We looked at a couple of others and decided we were most interested and impressed with the Pacifica. In 3 days I've put a miles 250 miles on it and I LOVE it! This is my 4th Nav system and it's the best. The surround cameras rule! The salesman was great and even gave me a 3rd day review help on a couple of settings I hadn't found yet and offered to help me if I wanted to come by later (without the kids) to cover more of the features. I haven't been this happy with a new car since I got the Caravan and I've a few other cars in between (and still have the Dodge, it's our "truck"),
