Sales persons spoke low and did not give correct information about the oil change package getting it taken care of immediately had to go through a lot of different scenarios

This was my 2nd back after my recalls my car had a burning plastic smell then a loud engine noise when i cranked the car and when i accelrated. I just got car service here 2 weeks prio towed it back to them would not drive then they aid i meed a new transmission. They did not do they job. Customer service was horrible both times. I called never could get my advisor . Manager blew concerns off. My car was working fine before going to them. Now i need a whole new transmission which they ran a diagnostics first time and didnt say anything and i believe was foul play due to someone broke my dipstick having car leak transmission causing extensive damage to my car within a two week period. I had previous issue with sales back 2020 customer service horrible as well aa gave my personal info out to someone that wasn't me! Never come here!!

The service was excellent. Got me in and out, I was a walk in oil change.
