I’m not satisfied with the service because I set an
I’m not satisfied with the service because I set an appointment and I let them know that I needed an engine oil change, tire rotation, and to replace one tire due to having a screw on the outer shoulder. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me they didn’t have the tire, even though I had set the appointment a few days before and they’re supposed to have the tires ready for my appointment. They had asked me when I made my appointment for the tire details so that they could have the tires ordered and ready for the day of my appointment. So, they told me they had to order them and they would have the car ready by 2:00. Nobody called me or texted me to give me an update on my car, so I called no body answer the phone, left voicemail and they still didn’t call me back, I texted asking about my car, until finally they told me they didn’t get the tire and that they had to send their technician to get the tire. They told me they were going to send the technician right away, but we ended up waiting for a while. Around 5:30 we hadn’t heard anything from them so I decided to stop by the dealer and they told me the driver JUST came back a few seconds ago with the tire but he was supposed to get them around 1:00 and finish the car by 2:00. I was supposed to wait at the appointment but since they didn’t have the tire they drove me home. So when they finally finished the job, AFTER 6:00, they installed the wrong tire and they left the car’s drivers front door panel, steering wheel, middle console, and top of the engine cover full of oil. Also, they didn’t replace the engine oil sticker and whoever worked on the car in the morning put in to the shop looked like they were having breakfast and they left the empty juice bottle in the cup holder. They also didn’t top off the windshield washer fluid and this isn’t the first time it happens, on other occasions they leave the car smeared with oil and I haven’t filled out any survey, but it looks like they keep doing the same things. We showed it to the service advisor and he came to lightly clean up the door and the middle console.

The customer service experience aspect of things are
The customer service experience aspect of things are definitely a rating 1. I would not recommend Hendrick Ram if you are looking for well communication from sales, finances and management team. They will hound you down to get you in a car but when you have questions or concerns they are always busy or keep you waiting for hours. I have not been able to reach anyone from finance since getting my loan. This is definitely ridiculous! The sales agent Angel definitely was professional and helped get me into a car but other than that I would not have gone nor will I go back!
