The dealership did a good job analyzing and addressing the issue I came in with. We later discovered there was a secondary issue, and the dealership waived the second analysis fee

The service department is sketchy, using scare tactics to try to get me to agree to unnecessary work. Instead of answering my question of what was wrong with my spark plugs, told me that if I didn't change them my car may not start and said that my car more than likely wouldn't stall out in the middle of the freeway. I will no longer be bringing my Jeep back to your dealership.

I have brought vehicles here for the past 20 years and will continue to do so. The service dept rep explains everything in detail & answers all my questions. Any vehicle problems are identified and resolved. The waiting area is comfortable and service estimated wait times are as accurate as possible.
