Over all this was a good experience; however, I knew

Over all this was a good experience; however, I knew exactly what i wanted and even with knowing what I wanted, Jeep was still not capable in giving me all the extras I asked for and was willing to pay for. I do not think the previous sentence is a dealership issue, rather it is a Chrysler issue. The only downside, and the reason for only getting 4 stars, is that I still had to haggle over the price of my “Special Order” Jeep 4XE after it had been ordered and showed up to the dealership. The order had been placed and i was printed a receipt of the price and then when i came to pick up the vehicle, i was asked to pay +1500 dollars more than the price quoted at the time of ordering. In the end, the Dealership honored the original price they had printed on the price sheet at ordering….almost. But, that was not a fun experience for me since, from the start of the ordering process, i did not haggle with them on the price, i was willing to pay what they quoted, when they initially made the order on my behalf to start with. Everyone was nice and polite though.

SCAMMER alert!!! Stay away from them!!! Do not buy from them!!! Do not talk to them!!! Advice to vehicle buyers: Search for new car using some aggregation websites. Talk to out of state dealers, and do not pay these scammers at MSRP or additional "market adjustment" fees. These dealers already make enormous profit from the price difference, manufacture cash back and kick back, when selling at MSRP price. Here is my experience: Their sale department can lie about almost everything. Talon gave me a quote for a vehicle for ~$49k (+ tax, license and doc fee and no other fee) on 11/5, with ~$1,700 discount. On 11/12, I called in, he figured out that I might have more interest to the vehicle, so he decided to bump the car price from ~$49k to $56k with additional $5k market adjustment fee. He first lied that the previous quote was last month ago and new month increased the price. After I caught his lie that the invoice was less than 7 day old, he threw even more lies about pricing change due to vehicle status update from "being built" to "in transit". He even started to accuse me that was my fault not to accept his invoice 7 days ago. These scammers will never honor their words until we force them to. We have to force them by not doing business with them.

I do have written correspondence confirming that this is a high-demand product and providing complete transparency about the pricing. In fact, I have a close friend and colleague who also wants to purchase this vehicle- there's simply no way to do so for the price offered by our customer. We always strive to provide an outstanding experience. Our customer did advise that this review would be forthcoming if we would not sell for a price below our cost. I was in just to look at the jeeps, but two hours later

I was in just to look at the jeeps, but two hours later drove away with a 4XE Rubicon which I’m in love with. Sales staff was great and the best finance manager I’ve ever dealt with at any dealer ever!

After buying several new cars over the years, I would say

After buying several new cars over the years, I would say this was the easiest & most positive experience I have had. 1st - with construction "sale" going on, their prices can't be beat compared to other dealers. People were great - Terry was very good to work with, explained features very well, answered all my questions and was low pressure, great guy all around. Sales manager was very quick to come to agreeable sales price and trade-in value so not a bunch of back and forth which I have experience in past. Financing via Scott went smoothly, quick and low pressure and very helpful in finding best rate. Overall, great experience.

It's my 3rd consecutive time leasing from this dealership

It's my 3rd consecutive time leasing from this dealership and I continue to be happy with the service and experience. August and his team are pros. Jennifer, Immanuel, Quadir, and Wineska were great to work with and they got me the Cherokee 4xe that was so hard to find; and even put in late hours to accommodate my schedule.
