What an amazing experience we had at Napoli!
What an amazing experience we had at Napoli! Dave our salesman was awesome, and everyone in the office who handled the paperwork, etc. Looked on lot at 2pm had a new car by 3:30pm!

multiple repairs that were NOT actually repaired. Truly poor performance and service. $800 spent, drove it off the lot and the issue is unresolved. Definitely not road tested. HUGE INCONVENIENCE and NO MINEY BACK!!!!!

I dropped my car off the night before, left the keys in the box, and they called to confirm what was being done in the morning. Awesome job! Only thing that would be helpful is to have direct number to contact viruses the call center. Thanks!

I’ve called several times to have a question answered.
I’ve called several times to have a question answered. I was told I would get a call back but never did. I ended up having to call them back myself. Then once I did, it sounded like they answered the phone but never answered when I said “hello” several times. It sounded like a butt dial. I could hear noises in the background but nobody never answered me. Then I was put on hold. They ended the hold then hung up on me. I had to call them back and finally was able to get my questions answered.

Napoli Kia takes good care of my car.
Napoli Kia takes good care of my car. I do not have to wait for a long time when I come for service. The Customer Waiting lounge is comfortable and relaxing. All the service representatives I have had have always attended to my needs. My favorite was Frank. Now Jennifer is doing a great job.
