Hands down the best dealer in the tri-state area???not just of the Mazdas???but of all car dealers! The most friendliest and inviting staff, not a slimy,... nor pushy, car slinger in sight! The sales manager was not able to give me the price I wanted so we parted ways. Stephannie was very helpful and professional about their dealership not... being able to match the price of another dealer.
After a long search for the 2015 BMW X5, I finally found the perfect car at Mazda of valley stream. Steve, my sales associate, was beyond great, as he... broke everything down to me. He cared more about my needs and put that first rather than just trying to sell me the car. Kevin Persaud, the finance manager, who was pleasant and knowledgable got me the payment I wanted. I drove out the dealership 2 hours later with the car I wanted and got to stay within my budget.
i PURCHASED A 2015 jeep grand cherokee. the car has the orgininAL tires from 2015. my mechanic told me the dealer should have replaced the tires before... selling me the car. The car passed the "inspection" that was done at the dealer. the dealer says the threads are measured from the middle. I got two opinions and both say I was sold a car with 4 bald tires. The dealer lies and plays games and treats women like we are so stupid. I have reached out to the owner, despite Kevin refusing to give me the owners name. I have not received a call back. I do not trust this dealer because of all the lies they have told. I lost my faith in them. I WILL NOT LEAVE MY CAR WITH THEM TO REPLACE TIRES. I DON'T TRUST THAT THEY WON'T GIVE ME USED/CHEAP TIRES AND then attempt to mess with my car. I wish I could attach pics.
Let me start by saying that the car at the time i purchased it, had the oil changed. The car uses synthetic oil so i took my time goibg to my mechanic.... The reason i went 2 months early is because the car had alot of vibration. My "mechanic" as your referred to, is just as qualified as yours only mine is honest. Your manager assumed i had my oil changed at your dealership and said to me "why would amechanic tell you that you need new tires" ? Do you think with a statement like that -that i should trust him to leave my car at your dealership? You are trying to say that im showing up six months after i purchased the car to complain. When i came there your manager was an idiot and disrespectful to me. I almost had a hard attack because he upset me so. If you were there that day, you should have spoke to me. The technican gave me a xxxxxxxx explaination as to how the car passed inspection and two mechanics vetified he lied to me. The DOT number in the car says the tires were manufactured in 2014. When i came to your dealership to resolve the problem i should not have been judged by how long it took me but by the 3200 miles that i put on the car. The tires are the original tires on the car from 2015. I bought the car with 39000 miles. In the 3200 miles that i drove the car i did not put dry rot to all 4 tires and i did not wear down the threads to the poibt where it wouldnt pass inspection. If your "technician" can lie to me about how tires are inspected then he will lie to sell the car and save you money. Dont tell my my complaints are not accurate and attempt to come off all professional now when clearly your dealership employees the type of people who are in the business of ripping other people off. The last words i heard from your manager were "i will follow up with a call to you tomorrow". He never called, Yesteday Kevin was under the impression John was fixing this problem. John was not. Maybe you should all have a consistent story before calling me back today. Pics of my tires along with my complaint were submitted to BBB, Emunds review of your dealership, facebook and my twitter account linked to a huge number of nurses in the area. I was in the process of sending another nurse to buy a car as i did before but told her about my tires and she went elsewhere. I will continue to spread the word via social media.
Mohamad was very cordial and helpful with the process of signing me up for a new lease. He was extremely helpful to me and I highly recommend working with... him =)
Henry was a very knowledgable salesman. He took my mother and I in both of the cars we purchased on a test drive and showed us everything the car has... to offer. Henry was then able to show everything when we purchased the car and still answers all my questions to this day.

They took advantage of the fact that I was ignorant to the whole... financing process and while I came in to lower my monthly payments, I came out owing more on a car I hate cause I wasnt even given the opportunity to test drive. When I was about to back down, I had 2 people literally talking at the same time and pressuring me to agree. Called to explain my situation and they said there is nothing they can do. Lesson learned and I hope they are ok with playing with people's lives just to get you to buy from them. Will never recommend them to anyone but do recommend to educate yourself before going to any dealership.

I???ve been a client since before Mazda. The first person that I met was Bryan. Because of Bryan???s honesty & friendliness I remained with the company,... although I???m driving a Ford. It???s safe to say that staff turnover is minimal & that???s important in terms of what???s being done to your car. I???ve never had to return my car for work previously done.
