vehicle failed emissions day after purchase. Dealership came and got the vehicle and have yet to return my $5,000 deposit: it's been over a month. Now I have no car and no money to get one.

They sold me a broken car and made me pay another 3000 dollars om top of the purchase price. This happened over a span of 3 months. They had the car longer then I have had it. DONT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!

Do mot buy from here. Sold us a car that did not pass emissions then took two months to repair. Two weeks later the check engine light came on. They had it for two weeks and we're supposed to complete the detail that was promised - and in writing - when we bought the car. I think they maybe hosed it off and brushed the seats off. We cleaned the car when we finally got it back and the water was black. Terrible service, terrible communication, awful experience.

Bought 2011 BMW and 2 weeks after We went on a trip broke down 2 1/2 hrs in and 1500 for a tow 275 for a diagnostics that the dealership said was a fuel pump 800 for that plus my down payment 4300 and my car is still not running. I have been completely patient with these people and I will continue to be lied to, and told that they will get an answer for me and get it taken care of between them telling me that they’re at the other dealership or out on the lot cleaning cars to them, telling me the wrong days that they’re off for work, I have driven the car two weeks and had the car for seven weeks and still have no answer. These guys are crooks.

I purchased a car in cash! Paid over $8000 and then had to turn around and put another $800 for 3 other repairs including water pump, the throttle and crank shaft. It has issued since the beginning. Not to mention when I bough it the AC was out and the tire had a sensor repaired. The latest is the engine more then likely blew out. My teenage daughter drives this and it stopped in the middle of the highway smoking!

Crap dealership! They sell cars that won’t pass emissions and won’t help you ! Manager is a piece of crap

It's funny in the description it says most of the customers buy the cars before seeing them and the part about the reputation Is a joke. They put absolutely zero work in to a car before you buy it! Make a million promises just not to come through in the end! BEWARE!

Guido was very personable, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and very friendly. The manager was helpful and everyone involved was fun to work with. Great group at this dealer.

It was a great experience! They were very patient with me after missing my appointment and made good on there promise by getting me into a car that day. The payments are much lower than I anticipated for a better quality car than I expected.
