They always find time to take my car on short notice. Clear, concise diagnostics and fair pricing. Freddy, my assigned rep there is really good about explaining any issues that need attention and this last time they even sent me a short video demonstrating the areas that needed work. very happy overall and will recommend.

Excellent service all the way around. Even though this dealership is across town from me, it has been well worth it to get service done here. I had been going to the Findley Honda & Acura dealerships in the Henderson Auto Mall and both of them effed something up at each service. I needed to find a service center that did quality work with honesty and integrity. CardinaleWay Acura is that dealership. I especially like that they provide a quick video of any issues spotted during service. Spotted all the problems that Findley created. No pressure to repair. Quoted pricing good for a year, unlike other places 30 day quote. Even changed out my stock wheel lug nut locks with standard lug nuts.

The service department is very nice and helpful as well as over the phone. They let me know of other services that my car needed but did not force me to take care of it at the time of my visit. I will be returning for my future needs.

After 11 days of being ghosted by a salesman named Evan, I finally reached a salesperson named Kendra Garcia. When I requested a transparent Out-The-Door (OTD) breakdown for the vehicle—which is listed on their website for $18,497—Kendra told me to "come to my senses" regarding my $22,000 cash budget. Think about that math: I offered $3,500 ABOVE the advertised price in cash, and was told I was being unrealistic.
