Mitch was very helpful with my time there, I came.to.get my 2012 acura tl window switch and regulator check and they told to get new ones which I ordered from somewhere else waiting for them to come so I can come to get them installed for my car thanks mitch

They always find time to take my car on short notice.

They always find time to take my car on short notice. Clear, concise diagnostics and fair pricing. Freddy, my assigned rep there is really good about explaining any issues that need attention and this last time they even sent me a short video demonstrating the areas that needed work. very happy overall and will recommend.

Excellent service all the way around.

Excellent service all the way around. Even though this dealership is across town from me, it has been well worth it to get service done here. I had been going to the Findley Honda & Acura dealerships in the Henderson Auto Mall and both of them effed something up at each service. I needed to find a service center that did quality work with honesty and integrity. CardinaleWay Acura is that dealership. I especially like that they provide a quick video of any issues spotted during service. Spotted all the problems that Findley created. No pressure to repair. Quoted pricing good for a year, unlike other places 30 day quote. Even changed out my stock wheel lug nut locks with standard lug nuts.

I came into the dealership with the mindset that I

I came into the dealership with the mindset that I wouldn’t be leaving with a car, but thanks to Johnny Marquez and Eddie, that completely changed. From the moment we arrived, they were both incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood every step along the way. Johnny and Eddie worked with us from beginning to end and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. Because of their dedication and support, we were able to purchase a car that same day. We truly appreciate their professionalism and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend asking for Johnny and Eddie if you’re looking to buy a vehicle!

The service department is very nice and helpful as well

The service department is very nice and helpful as well as over the phone. They let me know of other services that my car needed but did not force me to take care of it at the time of my visit. I will be returning for my future needs.

Advertised Price is a Lie — Insulted by Staff for a Cash Offer Rating: 1/5 Stars I am a cash buyer from Phoenix, AZ, who was specifically targeting a 2019 Acura RDX (Stock #AS617B) for my daughter, a new nursing school graduate. After 11 days of being ghosted by a salesman named Evan, I finally reached a salesperson named Kendra Garcia. When I requested a transparent Out-The-Door (OTD) breakdown for the vehicle—which is listed on their website for $18,497—Kendra told me to "come to my senses" regarding my $22,000 cash budget. Think about that math: I offered $3,500 ABOVE the advertised price in cash, and was told I was being unrealistic. I escalated this to the Sales Manager, Tre Haliburton, who confirmed that they would not "accommodate" a $22,000 cash deal because of their hidden "dealer installed items" and "reconditioning" fees. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation. They lure you in with a low price online, then insult you when you refuse to pay thousands in junk fees. If you value transparency, integrity, or your time, stay far away from CardinaleWay Acura. They don't want your business; they want to hide their true prices behind unprofessional insults.

I went to Cardinale Way on Nov 29 for an oil change, check all points, rotation of tires, and car wash. My service person, Devon, handled everything in a timely manner. His service was excellent and he look timr to answer all of my questions.
