Our first visit, we arrived and were approached by Shawn. Shawn was very rude and pushy and did not listen to our wants/needs. I’m certain he was only concerned about making a sale. We returned after some internet communication with Kenny who went above and beyond to find what we were looking for within our budget. Ryan helped us primarily since Kenny was with another customer, but they both took excellent care of us. Tony was our finance manager and was so down to earth and explained all of our options to us clearly and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Ryan and Kenny to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Trevor and Kenny went way above what anyone would expect in my buying experience at Glockner Jeep. Also, Bob and Tony are quite pleasant to work with and do all they can to make the purchase happen too. Many dealers make this a stressful experience and try to push you in their direction. Here, they listen and explore all options to provide a customer a vehicle to fit their needs at an affordable price and also offer a fair trade in value of your current vehicle. While looking at my new Jeep in the detail area, the man working there thanked me for my business. I was very impressed with his comment and felt he really meant it...not something he was told to say. Seems like an A++ team at this location in all departments. I will be back.

I purchased my new Grand Cherokee Summit last February. Special ordered and got all the features I hoped for. The process took about 6 weeks to the point of delivery and I was well pleased with the result. I don't trade frequently and am especially happy with all the new technology offered today. The blind side detection is a very big help with a large vehicle. The transaction went smoothly and I certainly have a much better ride than I traded in.
