I called a week ahead and spoke with the dealer about the 2021 Audi Q3 they have listed. I asked if the car had any issues, they denied any issues at all. I asked about the accident on the carfax and they informed me it was prior to their owner ship and they were not aware of any damage and assumed it was fixed properly. I asked about the dealer fees when purchasing a vehicle through them and was quoted $695 by Jay. I setup an appointment to come look at the car, took off work as did my fiance and we drove 3 hours to look at the car. Upon arriving we were greeted and brought inside while the vehicle was being washed. I asked about a dealer fee again and was quoted $899 by Jay again. 1st red flag I was not happy about. Upon walking outside to view the vehicle I immediately noticed the car had been in a front end accident. The lower splitter of the bumper was cracked all the way across. Both sides of the front bumper were scruffed and had silver paint transfer. The passenger side fender was pushed in under the headlight and hood. The passenger side hood latch was removed and sitting in the glove box. The passenger side fender trim could not even click into the body because of how badly the fender was bent. The fender had fresh touch up paint leading me to beleive the damage was noticed and they were hoping a buyer would not notice. While test driving the car it was throwing error codes for the front radar, which was inoperable after the accident. We drove back to the dealer and Jay asked how I liked it. I was honest with him and told him I was very unhappy with the car, that none of the damage was disclosed. He asked if I was interested in purchasing, to which I replied asking how firm the price is. He said "our listed price is a fair deal". The vehicle is listed for a price for one in good condition, not with accident damage. In a quick assessment by myself it needs atleast 4K worth of work, 2K if I performed it by my self. My fiance and I walked on the car, drove halfway back home to which we found a similarly speced 2021 Q3 with less miles for 1K less, with no accidents and a very good maintenance history. Long story short: they are scammers who buy vehicles at auction and try to repair them on the absolute cheapest to sell for profit. After walking their lot and looking at other vehicles, it was very apparent to myself. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Edit: To respond to the dealer's response on google. I offered 4K under asking cost to cover the cost of the repairs, hence why I stated it needed 4K of repairs. I never once spoke to one of your mechanics. When I was looking at the damage on the vehicle with Jay he audibly said "xxxx" under his breath hoping I would not notice the damage on the vehicle. I am tempted to drive the 3 hours back to the dealer just to take photos of the damage to prove my point. I did not start any argument, there was no reason to start an argument out of frustration. The fact you are claiming this is hysterical. I even brought my own Audi specific VAG-Comm code reader to read the codes associated with the front radar system. So if your mechanics are unable to read this code they are not mechanics nor did the car have 3 separate inspections as you claim. if it did, they certainly are not qualified inspectors and need to be fired. The dealer fee is not listed anywhere on your website, I have checked prior to viewing the car, so if its listed now that was updated after the fact. The vehicle body is not clean and is not mechanically or electrically sound as you claim. I was not attempting to "pull one over" on you, I am just leaving a review to warn others about the quality of cars you offer. There is a reason why 2 key frasses for quick search through your reviews are "buyer beware" and "scam artist".

I walked away from a 2013 Chevy Silverado at Imperial
I walked away from a 2013 Chevy Silverado at Imperial Highline due to what I believe were unethical business practices. The truck was listed with leather seats (it had cloth) and had auction-reported structural damage, which they did not disclose on their own site. Only third-party sites like Edmunds showed it. That’s misleading at best. Mechanically, it pulled right, A/C blew hot on the driver side, a rear window was stuck, and the rear suspension sagged. They still asked $13,995 and offered just $500 off. Edmunds says it's worth $10,351 in rough condition. I offered $9,500 pending a frame inspection, willing to go higher if it passed — they declined. The salesman was polite, but management avoided all accountability. It felt like they were waiting for an uninformed buyer. If they respond in good faith and correct the record, I’ll update this review.

Good morning Allan G. This is very sad to read and it seems like the dealership you went to did not do business correctly. Unfortunately you wrote a review on the wrong business. I do not have you in my system and there is no Benjamin that works here. Please delete this review as it is for the wrong dealership.
3 hours of driving after purchase and engine goes.
3 hours of driving after purchase and engine goes. Requested their help, they wanted me to tow it to another mechanic for a second opinion. I said I would only if they were willing to help as I did not want another $200-300 expense. They only reminded me that they did nothing wrong and did not have to help. I wrote a poor review on their website and they responded with incorrect info saying I had replaced a water pump and several weeks later experienced problems. We purchased the vehicle on Sat (drove it 3 hours over the next few days) and it was in the shop needing a engine by Tuesday. We have not even owned the vehicle for several weeks. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM!

We are shocked to receive this email from you since it has been some time. As you recall, you test drove the $13,000.00 vehicle for a full hour, confirmed it was the one you wanted with no pressure, and proceeded with the purchase after we offered a discount. You then drove the older vehicle with over 100k miles home to Charlottesville without any issues which was much longer than three hours. Then a few weeks you reach out to us. We understand your concern about the engine, but it’s important to note that the vehicle was in great condition when you purchased it. We also offered an extended warranty that you declined because of the vehicle's condition. We offered to help by suggesting a second opinion because we understand that some mechanics are more experienced with certain issues than others, and we wanted to ensure you received the most accurate assessment. Unfortunately, you declined that offer. I also wanted to note that the issue didn’t arise until a few weeks after when you replaced the water pump. I would definitely recommend you reach out to your mechanic for possible faults they may have created from doing work to the vehicle instead of bashing us. That is why a second opinion is crucial. Because your mechanic will not admit their own fault. We’re here to help where we can, but we encourage you to reach out if you'd like to explore any further options. If you have any other questions please reach out to sales@imperialhighline.com
Bought a 2010 mini cooper base from them for near 8k.
Bought a 2010 mini cooper base from them for near 8k. The sales guy “Jay” said the car was in perfect condition. Two weeks after purchasing the car i had multiple misfires, i took it to mini of alexandria and they then told me it needed a new engine. They are scammers and i’m working with my lawyers to see why i can do. Don’t get scammed by these people. Useless
