Rep was amazing and friendly, mechanic did not check fluids in car. Mechanic could have checked the fluids in car better. Rep was fine during appointment and helped me after with forgetting my cup. Interactive with me from the start. Didn't push anything on me I did not need.

Kacey was excellent. We called first and spoke with a female that was not interested in helping us until the next day. We called back and spoke with Kacey. He was happy to stay late and understood we are part of the working class and didn't have the flexibility to come during common business hours. There was no pressure. He let the car sell itself and never once indicated we were a bother for keeping him at the office until 10pm.
