I was not informed of the service to treat the exterior

I was not informed of the service to treat the exterior and interior of my car had to be cleaned for them to treat it. So I wasted from 11:30 till 3:30 waiting for a service they could not do. Then my car was ready and no one came in to tell me. Not one call was on my phone as they said they called me for an hour. I was told a manager would call the next morning. That did not happen either. Don't know what's up but I do not want to deal with this kind of lack of service and communication. Very disappointed. Very upset.

I like the people that people treated me with upmost

I like the people that people treated me with upmost respect help me get the car and talk to me like a a person supposed to be talked to and I give them all up with and thumbs up to everybody worked now
