Write a review"Branded" means "SALVAGE"
A review of their website glosses over key factors involving what they call "branded" titles, but are more accurately referred to as "SALVAGE" titles. Cars with a salvage title no longer have ANY factory warranty coverage--you are on the hook for literally everything that goes wrong, including, say, things that might cost 5-figures to repair. Worse yet, they offer to sell you a 3rd-party warranty, but it has a massive loophole--they only pay claims up to the "NADA book value" which, on a salvage title vehicle, is likely to be very low. Plus I can imagine the coverage is riddled with exceptions and other surprises. Be very, very careful as this appears to be a dealership that preys upon poorly informed/ignorant buyers who don't understand the implications of a salvage title vehicle . . . . And their pricing is such that for only a little more you could get a clean title vehicle with the remaining factory warranty. Buyer beware.

Wish they were up front about car history.
Both Tesla's on their site are salvage. I wish it was stated on their website. And the price for salvage is too high. Be careful.

Do they even want to sell cars?
Worst Customer Experience It’s like they don’t even want to sell their cars. — Let’s start with the website 1. The website itself has almost a different number on every page you look at. I counted 5 different numbers to contact them. Then found the correct number for the lehi location on google. 2. They have this chat/text feature that connects you with a third party chat company that can’t really do anything for you but tell you what the site says. Ex: I asked if they had a couple vehicles available and all they said was i see them on the site inventory but to confirm i will have a sales rep contact you. Then they proceed to ask you for the info you already filled out when opening the chat. — Now here is my experience two days ago i used the following features to get someone to call me. 1. Chat multiple times 2. Text feature 3. Schedule a test drive 4. Contact form 5. I even filled out a finance application Not even one call After waiting most of the day since i was working to get a call. I decided to try calling one of the numbers on the site to get ahold of the Lindon location and no answer. At this point I just decided to give it until the next day. So next day I googled the number and called and finally got a sales rep. Told him i wanted to come today to test drive the car.. so i arrive at the shop and everyone was siting in the waiting room apparently bored af. So i take the vehicle for a test drive and i already know i want it because I’ve been car shopping for weeks. So we come back to the dealership and go in to talk about financing. We can’t do anything because the banks are now closed. So he tells me he will call me first thing in the morning after he hears back from the bank. So now we are on day three of trying to buy a car.. it gets to noon and i still haven’t heard from him so i call him to see what the status is.. he tells me he will call me right back.. about 15 min later he asks if i have my last two paystubs and i say yes i can email them to you. And ask if they need the full social on them or not..almost 2hrs goes by and no response so i just email them anyways. And still not a response after another hour. So i finally responded asking if i needed to come in he says no I’m waiting on the bank. By this time it’s 3 in the afternoon... 5 runs around and he tells me an offer i then send a response and I’m still waiting from hearing back from him. Not only are their cars salvaged titles but theirs salesmen must be too.

Do your research and dont be fooled by this dealer
They dont respond to emails, they dont respond to phone calls. When you get a live body , they say they are going to do something and never do it. Spoke with the GM at the Lindon location and he did not get me the answers I needed. If you cant trust a man on his word, there is no way you can trust a dealership that he runs. Stay away!

Good Value at Prestman Auto
They tell you up front that they sell salvage title vehicles from California that they buy and repair themselves. If you are a customer who buys a late model used car with low miles and drives it for 10 or more years, this place is ideal. I got a 2016 Camry with 16,000 miles in near perfect condition for thousands less than I would pay for the same car at a dealership. My only complaint was the finance manager trying to add things to the price which is typical for a car dealership. Once we came to an understanding on that, I got a fair price and drove away happy.

Salvage title cars buyers beware
Low prices because that cars have salvage titles! Make sure you ran a Carfax before you waste your time.

Horrible Customer Service
This dealership had an excellent deal on a used truck. Called the number provided to me at 9:30 in the morning, I asked the salesman what more he could tell me about the truck and he responded with just the year and price. He then said he wasn't at work yet and would call me when he arrived. It's been a week and a half since that initial phone call and still no response... I later found out this dealership deals in salvaged titles which is why the truck was so cheap. Horrible customer service for vehicles that are literally worthless once you buy them.
