Great service on vehicle and followup with customer

Today I brought my daughter's vehicle in to have a rim and tire replaced. Since the original was damaged, the service agent advised the wheels may need alignment which they would check. The service time was estimated at 90 minutes to 2 hours. 90 minutes later, the vehicle was ready, no re-alignment had been necessary, a multi-point inspection had been performed and the car was washed. Bill explained the work performed and answered my questions about inflation amounts, how they had all been checked and reset, expansion during hot and cold weather with expected deviations in TPMS numbers, and the fact that my spare "donut" tire was not a 'throwaway' and still very good to use as the spare. Although the spare is not quite as big as the 19" tires on an Altima Platinum, its higher profile made for a smooth ride with the low profile 19" on the other three wheels. After receiving the vehicle, I realized I could no longer find the instrument panel screen with the tire inflations on it so Frantz worked with me to show me all the screen menus and options, showing some that I previously had never seen. I was impressed with the service, performance, and friendliness of all I encountered. The service entrance is one of the nicest I've ever seen and must be a pleasure to work in. Taking a vehicle to a dealership for work is like going to a doctor's visit - you worry if you go for one thing, you'll be talked into having something else treated which may or may not be necessary. I was impressed that this dealership's service department did just exactly what I needed to have done, and no more. They took more time and gave better explanations than most doctors also! I would definitely recommend this service department to others.

Amazing experience

I had an amazing experience!! Very fast replies and was constantly checked on by Sandy. She offered to let me drive the car, and answered all my questions, and really worked with me to get the car I wanted. Would highly recommend and will look to buy another car here in the future.

Excellent service!!!

Rosen takes excellent care of my vehicle, they are timely, knowledgeable, pleasant and I wouldnt take my Rogue anywhere else!. They answer my questions and address any concerns I have and I completely trust their recommendations.

Complimentary multi point check

Done in a timely manner. Vehicle issues succinctly summed up & presented. Comfortable waiting room. Evaluation of vehicle condition seems competently completed. No pressure exerted on getting work done. Overall a superior experience. Service manager was from my old neighborhood, always a plus.

Amazing and great experience

First off I would love to thank Sandy! I highly recommend seeing her when you are shopping around for a car! She is amazing!!!!!! Everyone was so helpful and Sandy went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted! Was a nice fast and easy lease upgrade. I’ve sat at dealerships ALL day long trying to purchase a car but this time I was in and out in a flash! Sandy was also very personal and cared about ALL of my needs and wants! I love my car and I love doing work with this dealership. Thanks for the easy upgrade from my 2017 rogue to my 2019 murano Sandy!!!!

The dealership is very well managed. The service was great and they worked to give me a better price on the oil change. Very friendly people and Kevin was great.

New Vehicle

Friendly, knowledgeable and paperwork efficient. Came in with bad deal, left with a good one. Nice dealership, clean and open. good coffee and comfortable waiting room
