Rosen Nissan of Madison

I have Nissan Altima so felt it important to work with certified Nissan... these guys DEFINITELY did NO make it worth it. It was horrible trying to even get in for an oil change so I stopped going and use our preferred local business. I then continued to receive calls and notices, even text messages about their aggressive offer they'd give me on my used Nissan... Blue book is $10-$12K, they offered $7K... what a waste of time and energy. In my opinion, they are NOT a reputable business. Beware!

Pleasant experience with Sunny in sales, then Kevin the manager. There was no pressure from sales, and management was informative and supportive. They agreed to repair a minor flaw at no charge to us.

I had a lease on a Nissan Rogue from a dealer in Milw. The lease was expiring in another month and I preferred to do business in the Madison area. I stopped in and talked to Keith Norris about my options. He walked me through my choices and told me I could do business locally. Keith was great and gave me the information I needed. I went home looked up my information and an hour later I called him back to tell him I would purchase through him. Keith was good. He did what I asked and guided me through the process. In the end, I saved a trip to Milw. The next day, I purchased the vehicle. I had an appt at 1:00. Keith was ready but the finance team was not. I had to wait for over an hour in order to give Rosen my check. My one criticism is for the back end process to be better aligned with the sales team.

Keith Norris really went above and beyond for us! I will be back! He went out of his way to improve my experience to buy a car!

We had a sales person named Keith that was great at his job. His no push approach was very welcome. Very happy with purchase. We will certainly request Keith our next visit there.

Whenever getting service at Rossen I feel good when I leave that things were done right and not like I got ripped-off like many other auto service places.

Sandy really did a great job helping me secure my new vehicle. She also spent a lot of time going over all the features of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with everything before driving away.
