Service were horrible and all of he people that worked there were literally ke robots without any emotion. Employee at store was rude and not helpful. Not just us but all of her people who were there. Tesla boast about the quality of the car but their customer service beyond horrible. They don’t even deserve 1 star

I have leased two Model S Teslas since 2016. The first experience went well up to when Tesla started making appointments on line. Shortly after that the calls went to a call center. If you wanted to check on you car, you call the call center and you are on hold forever. Once the answer, the put you on hold, check with the service center and say they will get back to you. Never happens. Once I called the call center, then drove to the service center before they answered. They have discontinued Leather seat option, certain colors, sun roof option and free super charging. But they did increase prices on certain options. Very stupid. I tried to speak to anyone at corporate, but only got a recording even on Tesla's customer number. I truly like the car, but I will NEVER own another one. I am be penalized for being a good customer. Unless you call to speak to a sales person, you are out of luck with human communication. Is that the service you want? Not me.

Picked my car up from here via contactless delivery. Notified the dealership about dents in the bumper and passenger side pickup day. Dealership lost my documentation of the incident and placed the blame on me. Love Tesla, but this dealership needs a lot of work. Seattle dealership is much better.
