Smooth purchase. Vehicle was advertised properly, serviced as promised, and the whole transaction was without pressure. It was nice dealing with an owner, instead of a salesperson that typically works on commission. No last minute add on fees / delivery fees either. They have a service department also, and I spoke to a longtime customer that was there at the same time as me. They couldn't say enough nice things about Rachael and Lou and the trust they have in them. Glad I stumbled upon this place while looking for a truck.

Dealer said the price listed on Cars.com is not entirely accurate and wasn't willing to negotiate. I smell something fishy here based on the info advertised so not even bothered having a view or test drive although I'm not planing to do financing. For a used car, it's always negotiable!

No pressure sales, prices were on all vehicles in the lot, great buying experience. I found it easy dealing with the owners directly. Would definitely buy from them again.
