I just want to comment on the Service Department at

I just want to comment on the Service Department at Federico and there service advisors. I bought my 2021 Sedona from Chuck. He was awesome and not pushy. Then started with the service department with oil changes, etc. Can always get appointments promptly and have always been treated well. When they were going thru updating they had a nice area for customers and made it easy to find. Now they have a very up to the minute service area, and customer lounge. My Service advisor , Max is awesome, keeps me posted on time, if finds something needs to be done, he checks with me and explains and makes sure it gets done if I agree. A very nice dealership where everybody is so nice!!!

I was honored to be recommended to work directly with Doug Stoutner from a friend of mine Kerry Thompson. Doug was awesome. Extremely easy to work with. No pressure. Answered all of our questions. He was very courteous and extremely friendly. I highly recommend Federico Kia and ask for Doug Stoutner. A very pleasant car buying experience. So far we love our new Kia Telluride

I deem this dealership discriminative wanted back dated

I deem this dealership discriminative wanted back dated oil receipts from 3 years ago to fix company maintenance issues and was still rejected they basically only fixed what they wanted and told me come get my vehicle was very unhappy also made me change my insurance for nothing wasn’t even given a loaner vehicle so unsatisfied don’t recommend anything from them Sarah isn’t good at her job either very unprofessional

We recently visited this dealership as we had just moved

We recently visited this dealership as we had just moved to Troy and I needed a new vehicle. I was looking for a specific K5. They didn’t have the exact one I wanted and I was in need of one immediately so we ended up not making a purchase here. I wanted to write a review though because Chuck was so friendly and helpful! He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and offered to have the one I wanted delivered to the dealership for me in 1-2 days. Had I not been in such a bind I’d have accepted his offer. I will definitely keep his information for future reference and I would happily refer friends and family to him as well.

Everyone and everything was perfect!

Everyone and everything was perfect! We will highly recommend!! Especially grateful for the thorough explanations of all of the tech products in the car that we have never had. We never felt rushed.

I recently purchased a pre-owned car at Federico Kia and could not be any happier that I found this car at this dealer. My sales associate was Josh Binnion and he was very helpful with all my questions about the vehicle and quoted me a fair trade in value on the car I was trading in. The dealership was over a 4 hour drive from me and I was not disappointed. Josh Binnion and Devin Blazier were great to work with and both made sure that I was completely satisifed with my purchase. Thanks for the positive buying experience

Dealers will do anything to sell a car, unless you personally get the car up on a lift and look at every xxxx thing they will not fix one thing before they sell it, they will sell you the biggest piece of xxxx ever with a smile
