As always, stellar service here. Jess and Alecia fit me right in when I suddenly needed an oil change, and they had me in and out in quick but thorough fashion. I couldn't be a bigger fan of the videos that show you the work being done, and I'm pleased to see Conor get so many great reviews here; he's my salesman, too, and he's personable and great. As always from me, kudos to Mark David and his top-notch team!

Conor is a very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable salesman. We were very happy with Conor and our whole experience at Della Mazda, and we love our new Maxda CX-50!

Did a lot of research on some SUV’s before stopping in at Della Mazda. I was introduced to Conner who became my salesman. I explained what I was looking for and said I was also looking at a different brand. Conner was very knowledgeable on the Mazda cx 50 I was looking at and gave me all the information on safety and performance. I called back a few days later stating I was going to go with the 2025 Mazda cx50 Meridian and Conner let me know about Mazdas awesome finance rates. I put in an application and all was good. Conner made sure everything went smooth with top notch communication. I love my new vehicle and would recommend Conner to everyone. Thank you Conner for one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a new vehicle.

I drove from Plattsburgh NY to Della Mazda not thinking I

I drove from Plattsburgh NY to Della Mazda not thinking I would be buying a new vehicle. Natasha Jones did a fantastic job helping me out as much as she could and found me the vehicle I was looking for (25 Mazda CX50!) I will definitely be going back! Every one there was super friendly and willing to do what they can. Natasha was a great sales person and very friendly! Thanks again!

I had a very disappointing experience with Della Mazda.

I had a very disappointing experience with Della Mazda. Two days ago, I submitted my vehicle’s VIN through their website to get a trade-in offer. The website provided a value of $11,240. After receiving this offer, I was contacted by the dealership and they confirmed the trade-in value over the phone twice, asking me to come in for an appointment. I drove nearly 50 miles to the dealership. When I arrived, they first let me test drive the new vehicle. But afterward, they suddenly changed the trade-in offer to only $4,000, claiming it was a mistake. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. This was never mentioned before my visit. I lost my time, wasted gas, and felt completely misled. I confirmed the trade-in value with them multiple times before going there. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it left me feeling frustrated and deceived. I hope others will be careful and get everything in writing before visiting this dealership. They also did not fulfill their promises even though I received them in writing. I still have their official emails.

Good morning Adem, I'm very sorry about your experience, I would like you to know that I'm working with the company that provides us with the on-line tool for the customer to use. While the dollar amount should have been much more realistic I agree $11420.00 compared to $4000.00 is a big swing! Thank you for the review Mark David General Manager

The service was good but my brakes are messed up.

The service was good but my brakes are messed up. I told them that my emergency brake does not release correctly. They did not ask me about it or acknowledge the issue.
