Came in for an oil change annd tire rotation after making an appointment for 8am. I arrived at 7:35 and was told I could wait in the waiting room which I did. 2 1/2 hours later, my car was ready. They apologized for the long wait but said that because it was an off brand car (I bought it used from them) it took a little longer. I appreciate the apology and that's why I gave them 4 stars. I do think, however, that 21/2 hours was way too long when I could go to a Balvoline and be out in 10 Minutes

Wonderful experience with Thomas O' Sullivan, from the initial call he answered, test drive(s) he accommodated and of course the thorough features overview and initial setup of the vehicle settings to my preferences. Not over bearing or pushy, and knowledgeable about the products they carry.

I have another Mazda dealership closer to me but I decided to go to Della because of their selection. I went and looked, bought a car, picked it up the next day and have been going for service. They are worth the ride. Every one I have dealt with is very pleasant and knows what they are doing. No miss, no fuss! I will keep going back!

I took my 2023 CX9 in for regular service a the work was preformed in the time stated which was impirtant because I was waiting for the car. I had bought the car at another dealership and the last time I went there they argued I had not stated I was waiting and needed more time, up to four hours for an oil change. Two other customers were being told the same story. Glad I started going to Della. The service advisor was great checking the service history insuring that work from the previous visit was not repeated.

Natasha and Mark were very easy to work with. They were helpful, over accommodating and kind. They were never pushy and found me exactly what I was looking for. It was honestly the easiest car we?ve ever bought. The car is beautiful. I would highly recommend Della Mazda to anyone.

Great service. Tech was persistent in troubleshooting and solving an issue that was not very evident or easily identifiable. They did well in finding the problem after bit of investigation. Good job guys.

Customer Service was awesome, and I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. I never had a car service where I could see exactly what was happening as it happened.
