This is the second Mazda CX-5 that I purchased from Della

This is the second Mazda CX-5 that I purchased from Della Mazda, and I didn’t think my first salesman could be beat. However, I was lucky enough to be partnered with Tom and it was a 5 star experience. From the moment we met, he was pleasant and kind, and did his best to negotiate on my part. Since the sale, Tom has reached out 2 times to be sure that I am fully satisfied and has offered to answer any questions that I have. The Finance Manager and everyone at Della Mazda put customers first and it’s a great experience!

This was my first time shopping for a new car.

This was my first time shopping for a new car. After lots(!) of online research (and anxiety) and talking to multiple dealers, Della Mazda was where I landed. Tom helped me feel more at ease with the whole process, answered all my questions thoughtfully and was very pleasant to work with. I felt well taken care of and I walked away with a lease on a car I love.

Mark David personally came to the sales rep?

Mark David personally came to the sales rep?s office to welcome me and spent some time with general conversation and nothing to do with the car sale just friendly discussion. Sales rep was informative with no high pressure push to make the purchase. I had already put a deposit down on a hybrid grand highlander but after spending time with Della Mazda i received my deposit back from Toyota and purchased the cx 70. Couldn?t be happier with my decision.

As always, stellar service here. Jess and Alecia fit me right in when I suddenly needed an oil change, and they had me in and out in quick but thorough fashion. I couldn't be a bigger fan of the videos that show you the work being done, and I'm pleased to see Conor get so many great reviews here; he's my salesman, too, and he's personable and great. As always from me, kudos to Mark David and his top-notch team!
