    First off to start a cheap car is what it is, cheap. But this dealers inventory is pulled from a salvaged yard and fixed outback to be sold to unaware... buyers. I would not trust any vehicle that exits that lot.

    I found a car that I wanted to look at and Jeff said he would stay late and show me the car. It was suppose to be a 6.5 hour drive but it took longer.... Jeff said no worries call me when you get here and Ill meet you there. They were very patient with us looking at the car after hours. It didn't take long to ,make a decision. The car was better than described. It was truly amazing. We purchased the vehicle and the wife is wanting to another one for her which we a currently looking at another one from Jet. They are very honest and respectful people to deal with. I can't thank them enough. We will purchase from them again!!!

    These guys purchase broken vehicles from online auctions. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY! They sell BROKEN cars and completely LIE about everything... from beginning to end. I flew in all the way from South Florida and ended up paying $37,000 for a broken BMW M6. I have had the car for a total of 1 month. 2 weeks of it has been at the BMW dealership sitting waiting to get fixed. They told me the car was perfect cosmetically. Just normal wear and tear. The carbon fiber roof has a ripped film which costs $2,600 to replace To get it fixed with just the film costs $700. Airbag lights are on after 2 weeks of driving. The owner "Khan" which I'm not even sure is his real name, also kept gushing about the soft closing doors. The driver side works, the passenger side DOES NOT! Another $900 to fix that! You put the car in reverse?! constantly jumps and feels like it's about to pop! The extended warranty they sold me is PURE TRASH! Good for NOTHING! I'm already calling demanding a refund/cancellation. They only cover $75 per hour labor which is ridiculous. They don't even cover most of the items and the owner of Jet Bimmer told me "Just bring the car to the shop and the warranty will cover everything". Well guess what?! They don't cover ANYTHING and I'm now stuck coming out of pocket thousands of freaking dollars! STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE!

    I wanted to leave fewer stars. So I came across a 2011 BMW 550i at Jet's. It was reasonably priced, and the photographs showed what appeared to be a beautiful... car. So I grab my future brother-in-law, and we make the 4.5 hour trip from Nashville to look at. I drive it, and it seems to drive fine. I negotiate the price, write a check, and I drive it home. One week to the day I am driving the car back home from a friend's house. The "drive train malfunction light" pops on. I get it home and park it over night. I go out the next day, start it, drive it around the block, and the light does not pop on. I drive it the next two days, and on the way home from work, the same light pops on. I make an appointment with BMW for diagnostics testing. This was exactly two weeks to the day from purchasing. I drop it off at BMW, and they call me a few hours later. The first words out of the gentlemen's mouth: "how long have you owned this car?" My heart sank because I knew what he was about to tell me was not good. I drive my wife's car back to BMW to talk with him. The quote to fix all "known" issues was around $6,000. This include completely rebuilding the coolant system because it had been run dry and it was possible that both turbos needed to be replaced. There was also an oil leak. I had the car towed to another shop for a 2nd opinion. They concurred with the coolant system, but said the turbos were not needed (a turbo ended up being needed, btw). The valve cover gaskets needed to be replaced, too. I immediately call Jet's and ask to return the car. Not only do they say "no", they implied I could have taken the car to the track in the 2 weeks I owned -- which, LOL!! Anyway, I order work to be done on the car at the tune of $2800. In the midst of the repairs, a turbo was discovered to be bad. Add $1500 to that for a total of $4300. That does not even fix the valve cover gasket issues. I call Jet's and ask them to work something out with me. I had been very patient throughout this whole ordeal. They finally agree to change the valve cover gaskets at their cost. I just had to drive the car from Nashville to Loganville, leave it for a week, come back, and get it. So I agree to do it. I drive it down, leave it, I have my wife come get me, and I tell them I would be back in 6 days. I booked a 1 way flight 6 days from then. I fly down, take a $54 Lyft from Hartsfield to Jet's, and then I wait an hour. Finally I am taken back to my car. It is still in pieces. Mind you I flew down with nothing but a backpack and my computer. Jet's agrees to pay for me a flight back and they will ship the car. I fly back and Jet's ships the car back to me about 10 days later. The guy drops the car off at my house because I am at work. When I get home, I immediately start up the car. My oil measurement function on the iDrive is not available. I do some googling regarding it, but I could not figure out what the cause of this disruption was. It worked perfectly before I dropped it off at Jet's. I take the car to my local BMW guy to figure it out. Turns out when Jet's did my valve cover gaskets they left a ground bolt off the fuel injector line. When they did this, it can cause damage to three components: the oil level sensor, the alternator, and/or the DME. I call Jet's complaining, and the only thing offered to me is that they would send me a new oil level sensor (it was never sent, btw). So I go to BMW and buy a new one: $280. I replace it. That does not fix the issue. Next, I order an alternator. $230 shipped. I spent 5 hours changing the alternator. Luckily this appears to have fixed my problem as my oil level measurement function is now working. Something as simple as them leaving a ground bolt off caused this much damage, though, and it could have been much worse as a DME (computer) costs $1800 from BMW and would have been $2200 total to install. TL;DR -- buy car for $16,500, immediately have to put more than $5,000 in repairs. Runs well now.

    Couldn't ask for better service. Buying a first car is a huge hassle, but Jet Auto Sales made the process easy and enjoyable. The car is in great condition... with no issues. Thank you! Edit 2019: I have purchased a second car, and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. I made the hour long drive, and as soon as I arrived I was greeting by the manager, whom showed me everything I was looking for. He took his time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for as when it comes to cars I am very picky! I ended up driving a few cars and eventually deciding on a beautiful e92 335i Coupe. While finalizing the sale, Jet let me know that if I had any problems, just give him a call and he would make it right. Little did I know I would run into some problems soon after purchasing the car, soI called Jet. Although it was a spoken promise, he completely delivered on it and now my car is running perfectly. This is probably the most honest dealership in GA and they have truly made a lifelong customer out of me. I don't want to buy a car from anywhere else! Thank you Jet!

    I purchased a used BMW from them last year. I took it to BMW Roswell and they found no major issues with the car. Since then, I have returned to Jet for... oil changes and a few other issues (damaged hose, head light malfunction). They always give great service at an affordable price. I would definitely buy from them again.

    Best place to get excellent quality vehicles and service! Shout out to Mr. Amanat...took real good care of me and got me into my BMW 535xi M Sport really... fast! Don’t go nowhere else but to Jet Auto Sales!
