my fiancé bought a car on Thursday. 4/2/26 then on Monday 4/6/26 check engine light pops on we called them they said there’s nothing that they can do. so I guess what I’m gonna do to make them fix. It is run it through inspection so it gets a failed paper so then they have to fix it for free but personally, I will not allow them to fix your car. I won’t even allow them to change the oil for what I read about these people they don’t even properly work on stuff right I heard cut wires not reattached also heard that they welded somebody’s Cadillac converter to the block of their engine just read all the other reviews do not buy from these people. These people are sharks to try to get you into a high car loan for a car at the end of its life. Stay clear

Ryan is a cheat. He won’t honor any deal he made with you and he sells lemons. Don’t fall for his trap stay far away from this place.

Chris Longstaff was our salesman. He was very helpful and quite patient with us selecting a car for my youngest son. He has a great personality which suits him as a salesman. The overall staff was friendly. I definitely recommend Wolfs when you are looking for a vehicle.

Excellent experience overall, easy to deal with and fast service. No pressure to buy and my car came with a 1 year warranty. Better experience than any other dealer i went to !!

will have to say I am incredibly disappointed I even have to write this review. I had such a great experience when we initially purchased our vehicle. We were told we couldn't bring our vehicle home that night bc it had not gone through inspection. Okay cool. We pick it up later the next night. 2 weeks go by and get a call our car had not gone through inspection so I took it like a week later when I had time through inspection no biggie. Prior to this we had been noticing an issue with the car shifting hard at certain times made us worry some. Wanted to have it checked no problem. Upon taking the car back for that to be checked I realized the headlights when on point all the way left and up to the sky. Asked them to check and see why that would be doing that when they had the car to drive to see what the problem was with shifting. Without calling me about the headlights they replaced them. We had them program 2 key fobs and make a spare key for 150.00 we needed new key fob bc the one that came with the car did not unlock the doors and the alarm would go off everytime I unlocked the doors with the key. Our bill upon pick up was 411.00. We were basically told well...it passed inspection for the lights so oh well. Well yeah it passed bc you can tell they were on during the day but not that they pointed to the sky. Honestly I regret purchasing this car especially for the price we are paying. Wouldn't recommend to friends at all feel like it will not last more than the time we finacnced it for

I traveled 260 miles to pick up a car. I was lost and I called them for directions and they spoke to me on the phone for 15 whole minutes giving perfect directions. When I arrived they were waiting outside to greet me. Very kind service. Excellent car. Employee Cassandra was exceptional!

Not happy with Wolf's Elite service department.😠 Don't want to fix anything! Only had car since April 2019. Warranty doesn't cover anything 😠 newest repair is a result of negligent repair done by them in July! Takes two weeks to even get a repair appointment regardless of severity 😠🤷. Gave them a excellent review as far as buying process. But anything after that is just BS! Don't even buy the Warranty because it doesn't cover a xxxx thing for my car🤦😠
