Good car at good price

Buying a car from this dealer was super smooth. Good car, good price, nice salesman. The only negative was trying to get the Carfax after the fact. Seems like once the deal was made, I was a nuisance and never did get the carfax

Above and beyond

Jay was very professional and knowledgeable. He stayed past closing time twice to accommodate us because we were coming from another city. He was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this dealership.

Registered Nurse

I stopped by to test drive a Nissan Altima, i was really impressed with the condition of the car and the way it drove. It was priced very competitively and I received great customer service, very low pressure sales staff & very knowledgeable. Jay was great!!!! Would highly recommend this dealer.

I went to purchase a car from a scammer on craigslist from raleigh. he never pick me up form train station and would not answer his phone. so I found easy ECars on web. I called with questions about the LS 460. jay describe the car to a t. I had uber to take me to ECars lot. when I meet jay he asked for my listens and explained to me I have 20 minutes to test drive the car ALONE! I test drove the car came back did the paper work and drover her back to charlotte. God worked it out! everything went nice. thanks Jay.

Disappointing service

Very mixed review. Repaired brakes/replaced tires, which we appreciated (of course, the tires were the cheapest/smallest they could get) but the overall experience with sales person was a disappointment. He was condescending and just not friendly. Overall communication was very poor from email to phone. Also, I overheard a conversation with another customer who had driven from Virginia and he talked to him the same way--just rude sounding. When our tag had still not arrived after 3 weeks I called on a Monday and was told it would be mailed that same day as it expired in exactly 1 week. It wasn't. They mailed it 4 days later on Friday. The tag expired on that Monday, unfortunately. It is out for delivery today--a day after the tag expired. I have never had to wait that long to get a tag and run the risk of getting a ticket. When I called several times to inquire I was just met with horrible customer service and response. Why treat me rude because you didn't do what you were supposed to do in a timely manner? I did my part and paid on the spot. I won't go back or recommend them. Sorry. We have probably bought 25 cars over the years and this was one of the worst experiences we have had. Buyer beware.
