Patrick Hyundai is absolutely the best!!

We have been dealing with Manny at Patrick Hyundai for several years and would never consider going to another dealership. Manny is extremely patient and spends time going over all the details you need to know. Finance, service and cashiers also give excellent customer care. Patrick Hyundai has the best employees I have ever done business with. Thank you Manny for my new 2020 Sante Fe and the extras you helped with!! Fully loaded and a great price!!

Beat Dealer Experience Ever!

Went in to just “browse”, looking at the new 2022 Kona. Maz greeted me in the showroom and pointed me to a Kona SEL and a turbo model, he reviewed the differences and let me thoroughly look over both cars on my own. While I was comparing vehicles, Maz put together a great deal with low APR and also made me a nice offer on my trade. After ensuring that he answered all my questions, he introduced me to Katie in finance. Katie was the nicest finance manager I’ve ever worked with! After multiple signatures, my new Kona was waiting for me out front with a full tank of gas. Absolutely fantastic experience. Looking forward to being a lifelong Patrick customer!

Great deals overall comparitively

I'm extremely happy with the price of my new Hyundai Palisade during this tough time on getting new cars and most of the car dealers are doing $5000 adjustments on MSRP. Patrick Hyundai Kept their really low comparatively. But the process of paper work was very time consuming. Overall we are glad to buy from them.

Excellent Experience

Just bought a 2018 certified used Hyundai Elantra and the whole experience was incredible. I usually hate going to buy cars because I don't like feeling pushed into something I'm not ready for or cant afford. Corey Paller did an amazing job at making me feel at ease the whole time, even telling me that he wanted me to be comfortable with the numbers so take my time. I love my new car and I love Patrick Hyundai!

Service department starting with manager do not...

Service department starting with manager do not understand customer service. Brought car in 3 times in 2 month span for the same reason and received 3 different diagnoses. Ended up with new battery over $200, new key fob $400 and no working radio. Spent way more than necessary to resolve the issue. TERRIBLE communication from manager to workers to customer. Requested a part that was removed to be left in the car, but it was not returned to us. Phone calls were never returned either throughout the whole process. Whenever we were able to make contact, multiple staff ranged from unfriendly to borderline rude. Will do whatever is necessary to avoid coming here for service in the future.

Patrick Hyundai gave me an excellent deal on my 2021...

Patrick Hyundai gave me an excellent deal on my 2021 white Ioniq Blue hatchback, from the online price to other discounts, including a great financing deal that I am allowed to pay off early and still receive the discount. My client advisor, Dawid Gruszeczka was helpful and straightforward and really worked with me to make this a good experience, and I'm grateful. Katie Grass did a great job of explaining and completing the financing aspect of the purchase.

Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had!

My Sales Consultant Guido was very courteous and professional throughout the entire sales process. He listened and understood my needs which led to me seeing the right vehicles first which led me to finding the vehicle I wanted to purchase in record time. The next phase in the car buying process has always been the worst in my experience but I feel like I never had to wait around hours on end and that Guido, Edwin in Finance and the rest of their team kept the momentum going and I was in my new car in no time. Even the signature process was painless and no one tried to pressure me into additional costs for my vehicle. Thank you Patrick Hyundai for a seamless and enjoyable experience.
