Upped the price by $800 over online price. Second trip out of my driveway $225 for new battery. $175 to fix stone chip. One week later, it sits at my mechanic's waiting for a rear differential, still with temporary plate on it! I paid over $11,000 and they refuse to help!

Horrible experience. These dealers are scammers and will sell you a faulty car and do not honor their 7 day return policy. I received my vehicle via delivery and immediately noticed a noise that was not right. I sent them a video right then and said I would take it to a mechanic just to be sure. It turns out they delivered the vehicle with a bad clutch which would cost me $2,200 to fix. I told them I would need to return the vehicle because this is not the condition of the car when I had it inspected on the Friday before (the car was delivered on the following Wednesday - 5 days after inspection). Between those 5 days, the clutch gave out in their possession and they are refusing to fix it at their cost or allow me to return it without paying them $1,200. I did not own the car for more than 5 minutes before discovering the faulty clutch. Take your business to somewhere else more trustworthy.

This dealer makes buy here pay here dealers look more trustworthy. Purchased a vehicle from this dealer few years ago traded a vehicle towards the vehicle I purchased they were supposed to pay the balance of the loan on my traded in vehicle off which was around 2000 dollars. Low and behold I found out when I went to purchase a vehicle I found out this loan was still open on my account. I contacted my the lender they informed me the records show dealer calling for a payoff quote but never paid vehicle off. I had to pay the balance off to get it off my credit contacted dealer about this issue and compensation. They told me they had no idea of this happening they have to look into it nor any idea of what they did with the vehicle low and behold they basically lost a vehicle and are playing stupid about it. Also don’t let them tell you the finance company requires warranty when they told me that I contacted the finance company and was informed they don’t require it.

I bought my Ford 150 in 2020 from there , I paid around $22,000 for it and bought a warranty. They brought it to my home. The first day I had it home I noticed they someone had painted over rust on both under the doors panel, so I brought it back and they took it to Marco in the area , they made it look better, then in around two months it started coming through again. Their Marco said it would cost me $3000 to get it fixed and I couldn't afford that at the time but felt they should fix it. So they patched it up again. I didn't know they were just sanding the rust down and painting over it but they did again. So vip said it was my responsibility since I bought. I did realize that alot of pickups from New Jersey has rust like that because of the salt air. But I'm sure vip knew what they were doing. I would never advise anyone to get anything from there. Now it's two year later and it's falling apart with rust, and I found out it's not only on the outside panels, it's rotted all the way through over all four doors. This was the biggest rip off I ever had. Good luck.
