During my brief visit to Five Star Subaru of Grapevine earlier today, I had a great experience with the Sales Professional, Chief James. He provided me with pertinent information and excellent demonstration on the vehicles of my interest. Chief was not pushy, and displayed the highest level of salesmanship throughout my time with him. He has a great sense of humor! Though I did not purchase the vehicle today, I will definitely return to see him when I am ready to do so. Overall, the dealership is amazingly nice and friendly.
