They made it easy to buy the right car we needed

Steve Kroes was patient with us as we reviewed your certified pre-owned inventory for about a month. This made us comfortable with the selection and the process. Finally when we identified a vehicle that fit our needs, he set it aside let me look at it and hold it with a credit card deposit. The car was for my son, and after my son saw it and was satisfied, we closed the deal at the price point. Now my son and his family are safer in their second car, confident that it was certified by Subaru and your dealership.

Another Great Experience at Subaru of Grapevine

We got our first Subaru vehicle here at Subaru Of Grapevine. Bill is so nice and not intimidating like the other sales guy from the other dealerships around Grapevine. After two years of nothing but very good service and customer experience, we went back here and decided to work with Bill again to get our second Subaru. Guess what, Bill improved and he is way better in handling our needs and requests. He even goes beyond the mile and because of that, my wife got the car she likes and we got the deal that we are comfortable with. Although there are delays in the processing, Bill ensured that we are updated and really took care of us. Btw, this dealership’s cafeteria for the customers, facilities and restrooms are the best and cleanest, which reflects that they are really customer experience focus team.

We purchased our 2020 Outback Limited in December and...

We purchased our 2020 Outback Limited in December and absolutely loved the team at 5 Star. We did almost everything via email with Tobias since we live 3 hours away. He found the exact car/color combo we wanted and it was just a matter of driving it to seal the deal. We love this car and just went over 1k miles. However, This past weekend we took a quick road trip and a small rock hit the windshield right above the wiper blade. Honestly, it wasn’t a loud noise but it did crack the windshield like it was a thin piece of ice. We were really surprised and honestly disappointed at how easily it cracked. (I have an infinity that got a rock crack 11 years ago and it’s still not spread from the impact.) After researching the replacement with your parts department it looks like It will be @1k to replace-install and have it calibrated. I asked the parts guy if this has been a common problem and although he didn’t have statistics he did say they have had a few calls on the windshields. I am hoping this is just a one time deal but it is sounding like others are experiencing similar cracks. This is such a good quality vehicle to have such a poor windshield if it cracks this easily.
