I arrived early (to avoid traffic making me late), and they took my car right in. They were done and I was driving out 45 minutes later! Courteous service personnel provided all the info I needed. Just another reason I love Subaru. Keep up the awesome customer service!

Great experience buying a new car at year-end! I had looked at several dealerships and was all over the map as far as the vehicle I was looking to buy. Spencer was very patient, understanding and helpful to pick the right vehicle for my business needs. Freddie in finance suggested I lease the car since it would only be driven a limited amount. I told them what I was looking for, they found it, shipped it up from Houston, called me the next day, set up a time to come in for a test drive and paper work, everything went smoothly even though another buyer showed up at the same appointment time unexpectedly early. Others stepped in to cover. Very smooth. I'm sorry but I don't remember the names of the other employees that stepped in.
