Great results, again!

I brought my Q5 in today with a leak in one of the tires (purchased at this dealership). Jose told me they would diagnose and repair the problem or replace the tire. They quickly found a nail in the tire and repaired it at no cost. No mater what I bring my car in for, The issue is quickly resolved with quality results! This friendly, customer focused dealership is A+++.

Excellent service

Alexa was professional and courteous in every way, she saved a courtesy car while they serviced my car. She kept me informed while my car was at the dealership . When the car was finished notified me with information on the repairs that were made and cost. Well done

THE Best Dealership

Fast friendly and unlike other high end dealers ( read Land Rover) this dealer has loaners for use while they service your car and return it washed and sanitized!!

Unhappy with wait time

I was in for an oil change. Appointment was at 9:45 am. Was asked if I had someone picking me up while I got my oil changed. I said yes but told them I needed service completed asap. I was told I also needed my tires rotated. Ok that was fine. At 12:45, I called to see how much longer it was going to take. Left a message - no one called me back. 30 minutes later, I decided to go to the service dept. Car still was not ready. By now it’s 2:00. I finally got my car at 2:30. As a customer, I just wish someone would just tell me the truth. If I’m bringing my car in, and given an appt time, does that really mean someone will start working on it? If not, then give me that info so I can make a decision to leave it or not! Just tell me the truth - don’t sugar coat it or make excuses. Tell me if only one mechanic showed up today, so there is no way we’re going to have your car ready in less than 5 hours! Just give me the facts.

This is my third Audi I have purchased from them

Outstanding!!!! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and extremely helpful. The car was ready when we arrived. The process was very smooth. Again it was outstanding!!!

Car maintenance

Sevice was great! In Particular appreciate the video with the Technician reviewing my car and going over what he was doing. Keep that option pls! Gives me a piece of mind.

OKC Audi. First Class all the way!

My family drives Audi SUV’s …we have for many years. Great cars…great looking and dependable. The best attribute of OKC Audi is the wonderful service department. Adam Maxey, manager, is the best in the business. I’ve seen ‘em all in my 72 years. He can not be beat. And with Alexa to back him up, you’ve got a team that will keep you rolling in style….without any worries. We are very happy and loyal customers!
