By far the worst dealership i have ever delt with in my

By far the worst dealership i have ever delt with in my life! I was looking to purchase a truck. Ive dealt with the salesman for a week about this truck. I went the process to finance and was approved with 4600 down. So i said ok, and then i asked about shipping because I live over 5 hours away. Christina who was my salesman said they will not ship but just make appointment to see the truck to make sure its what i wanted. I told her it is what i want and ill be there for sure Saturday to sign paperwork and finalize the deal. This was a Thursday. So she make a appointment for Saturday and sent me reminders. Friday i text her and told here i would be there a little earlier Saturday morning and she replied great see you tomorrow. So I drive over 5 hours to show up to my appointment on time, and I walk into the dealership and another sales man is telling me that the truck was being look at by someone else. Christina was the one trying to sell the truck to someone else. My appointment was at 11 and she had someones else at her desk at 1102 working up his application to purchase the tuck i was buying. I was really upset over this and I asked Christina what about my appointment we had scheduled for this time, and she told me that she didnt think i was goin to drive 5 hours away. When i clearly had multiple text messages from the previous day about me showing up. I even pull out my phone and showed her, her own messages and she acted like she couldn't talk to explain her self. She didnt know what to say and just played dumb with me. I honestly dont think she was all there in her head. So another sales man comes up to me and said thay had made a mistake and apparently mixed my name up with someone else application that had my same name. And basically told me I was never approved. Smh. So I basically just drove over 10 hours out of my day to be told all of this and they didn't do anything to make it right. Very very unprofessional disappointing dealership! As I was there another gentleman told me not to purchase anything from them because he has just bought a truck two weeks before and it was already broke down. hes has been in the office every day sence then and they would not make it right with him, they pretty much told him it was his problem not there's. So that was another red flag. I went to a few more dealership in Denver and all of them had nothing but bad things to say about drive n motion dealership. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this dealership. They are very uncoordinated and lack professional salesman. By far the worst experience ever from a dealership! I ask everyone please do not do business with this dealership if you dont want to get screwed over!

Should change the name from Drive n Motion to Drive From

Should change the name from Drive n Motion to Drive From Lot To Repair Shop. Didn't even have the vehicle a month before the check engine light came on. A costly repair that is conveniently not covered by the warranty. Definitely research more and find a dealership with a good rating with the Better Business Bureau.
