We love the friendliness that we get every time I come to drive in motion this is my third vehicle for you guys. We have our new one and Zac is always such a great help and courteous

My two star rating is due to vehicle being good and

My two star rating is due to vehicle being good and reliable. The dealership itself i would give a 1 star. The salesperson did not listen or abide by the requests given. The vehicle was not very clean and had an oil change alert light on. Add to these things I was very discouraged, and this speaks volumes of their integrity, when they sprung a dealer fee in on the end. Being that they proudly note on every ad and promotional picture that they have no Dealer fee, it is very discouraging. When asked about it, they said "Of course we have a fee. It covers such costs as the tracking device the owner has installed in all vehicles." I, personally, had chosen to go to this dealership for the simple reason that they advertised no fees. I did not ask for a tracking device and I am not responsible for an extra cost of vehicle to pay people to file paperwork. I became so discouraged by the female salesperson not listening to my precise instructions and requests, that I chose to leave. At that point the manager/finance manager stepped in and excused the salesperson and we dealt with him exclusively. Things only got slightly better at the Greeley location. It was a $13k and we stated we would put $5k-$8k down. Whatever was needed to help rebuild my credit. They stated that at least $6k would be needed to be financed, I believe. We also said we were perfectly able to pay cash for car as well, but was evident that they never believed that. Near the end their workday was over (either 6 or 7) and they said they would have to wait till Monday to personally talk to banks and we could come back then. They had the complete lack of confidence to deliver a $13k vehicle with $6k-$7k down and wanted me to drive another 3-4 hours from Colorado Springs to sign papers later cause they wanted to go home now. To their surprise, we said we would just pay cash and be done with it now. Mind you, we had arrived in a $60k performance model Tesla. We did not look shady, homeless, or full of crap. They may not have been homeless, but were certainly shady and full of crap. I personally, would not buy from them again.
