Ashley, the general sales manager, was also very professional and went out of her way to be helpful and make the buying experience smooth and painless. We were made to feel comfortable throughout. The best car-buying experience of my life! I just purchased a new car from this dealership, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Working with Tracy Oaks in sales was the most personal, relaxed, and low pressure experience I've ever had when buying a car. She truly made me feel heard and valued. The finance process with Ashley was equally outstanding --low stress, clear, and respectful. I also want to recognize Chris Blake, the comptroller, who was professional and helpful throughout the process. As a woman, I've never had an all-women team guide me through a car purchase, and it made this experience feel empowering and comfortable in way I didn't expect. It was genuinely the best car-buying experience of my life. I plan to share this experience with as many women as I can--and I absolutely plan to buy my 15-year-old granddaughters first car here! Saw a Jeep Liberty online, price and mileage just want I wanted. Came to look and drove home happy! Chris and Jeb were great - jovial and pleasant to work with. Very please with sales process, and they offer service for vehicles purchased there at 1/2 price of what you'd pay elsewhere. if i need another car - i will definitely come to Autowise first

I was very pleased with the service I got from Scott Rhodes. I had just left Mike Erdman Toyota and I felt like I was at an airport. I came to Auto wise to look at a Lexus that was for sale, however it had just been sold Scott showed me a very clean very nice Toyota Avalon which we drove around and I was very impressed with. I really appreciate his help I did not hesitate on buying that car it was a good price and I saw the Carfax and I realized whoever had the car had taken care of it. Deceptive practices. I would not deal with this dealer again. I am reporting them to the Florida Attorney General’s office and other Florida dealer sites for complaints.

Unlike many other dealerships, Autowise helped me focus on what I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me. That was refreshing.
