As soon as the car was bought they ghosted me. No CD player, not Sirius accessible, cracked light cover never replaced as promised. Also, only one key, not replaced as promised.

Had a clunk in steering wheel.
Had a clunk in steering wheel. Found there was a TSB for my 21 k5 gt-line for that problem. Called kia made an apt, they looked at it and ordered the part. Made another apt and put in the part, steers like new and no noise. The also looked at my gas door, there was a TSB for that roo. Ordered the part and made another apt to have the part put in.

I was recommended by niece to go there. She mentioned Cory by name. Autin showed us some of the cars on the lot that we had an interest in and we test drove the Seltos. When Austin was away from the dealership, Dylan was very helpful with any questions we had. Austin was very personable and helped get us into the car we needed. Mary was great in financing, not selling us any extras we did not need. Austin has done his due diligence to make sure everything was good after the sale. overall, it was a great buying experience
