Less than a week after purchase, there are issues and a lack of concern/urgency to have them fixed. I’ve reached out to both my salesman, Ashtin Sims, and the internet manager, Heather Jones. “I” had to make an appointment to take the vehicle to their Service Center, which is a two hour drive back to the dealership, a total inconvenience, to address issues that should have been caught during the multi-point inspection prior to me purchasing the vehicle. I’ve also noticed the alignment is off which could be causing the small shake I feel. This was a big purchase and I’m having even bigger regrets. I would not recommend and I would definitely not purchase again. I’ve been Five Star customer for 10+ years and I hate I ventured off. Angie (Butler -Milledgeville) instructed me to take the vehicle to their shop in Macon. I went to Macon and spoke to Keith, who was extremely emphatic but unable to assist. Keith advised me that the vehicle had to be seen by a Dodge dealer and referred me back to the dealership with Mr. Sims and Angie, who advised to use my warranty…. For a vehicle I just purchased SIX days ago!

Very efficient dealership. Ordered needed parts and had my vehicle in and completed the next day. Angela was great and very personable. Highly recommend this dealer.

We had the pleasure of purchasing a new F150 from Buter Ford. Thank you Larry, Zach and Brandon for your Great Customer support, Transparency, and Honesty. We live with radius of 20 miles from 2 other Ford dealers. Milledgeville is 52 miles from our home. In the future we will continue to drive the extra miles 😀 Because Butler Ford travels the EXTRA MILES for thier Customers..

Y’all are very amazing!!! I brought my truck up there to get and oil change for the first time!!! The lady at the desk that took my keys and information was already tagging my truck and taking it back before I got out the parking lot!!! She said it would take an hour she called me less then that thank you guys wonderful customer service!!!

I am so very grateful to have a Service Writer (Miss Angela), and a dealership that truly cares about their customers. In fact, I live approximately 10 minutes from a Ford Dealership, and I choose to drive approximately 1 hour to have my vehicle serviced and maintained by Butler Ford in Milledgeville, GA. This dealership is worth every hour I spend on the road to get to and from their location.

I am so very grateful to have a Service Writer (Miss Angela), and a dealership that truly cares about their customers.
