Have purchased three cars over the last 18 months from Tom Hodges. All three times have turned out to be a good deal both cost wise and a customer service. Would most strongly recommend checking these folks out for your next vehicle. No hard sell pressure or bait and switch tactics. They may not have the largest inventory, but certainly ample enough for most people's taste. The sales and service team are committed to customer service and satisfaction, and that comes from the top (Mr. Hodges) down to the lot attendants. Their finance manager will work for you to get the best terms available. Just nice folks all around!

I went to Tom Hodges to look at used cars. My credit history was almost none. So I was nerves if anyone could help me at all. They were so friendly and willing to help me. They eased the nerviness I had. I walked away with a brand new car, and a Big smile on my face. I would recommend Tom Hodges highly to everyone interested in a new or used car!

Craig Snyder was my salesman and he helped me find exactly what I wanted and at a price I could afford. There was no pressure in trying to sell me a car. Lauren, the finance person, explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. Tom Hodges also assisted me and helped me through the financing. Going to dealers for service on my car, has in the past, been painful and expensive. I tried Tom Hodges for service and expected the same. I could not have been more wrong. It started with the service manager-John Kershaw. What an upbeat professional! He obviously knows what he is doing. I will continue to have my cars serviced at Tom Hodges.

My husband and I went to Tom Hodges to purchase 2 used vehicles - 1 for us and 1 for our teenage son. We obviously wanted something affordable but reliable. We found and test drove quite a few vehicles and each time the sales manager, Bob Hammet, was very helpful, patient and accommodating by helping us find just the right cars for us. When it came down to the financing part, Lauren Landes was wonderful! She searched several financing companies to get us the best interest rate and monthly payment for both of the cars. At one time we even had her switch out one vehicle for another vehicle to see if the payment would be lower and then back again and each time she just helped us with a smile and was willing to do whatever she could to get us into the cars that we wanted with a payment that we could afford. Needless to say, we walked out with a Mitsubishi Galant for our teenage son (who was overjoyed)! and a Toyota Camry for us. Both are great cars! We had such a wonderful experience that we look forward to coming back in about a year and a half when our other son will be in the market for a car. So, if you are looking for an honest dealership with affordable prices, great financing help and friendly and helpful service then Tom Hodges is the place to go!
