Chad was very friendly and went over my vehicle report card with me. He made sure to point out that my lug nuts / cap were swollen and may need to be addressed at my next service.

Only 1 problem I have with your service crew my passenger side rear tire has a screw in it and it wasn't taken care of your crew rotated the rear passenger side tire to the front passenger side. disappointed they didn't catch that. Next service I'll make sure we take care of it.

Routine check up
This was just a routine check up of my Ford Escape. Teresa was great as always. She noticed I had put my registration stick on the front and not the back plate and had it changed.

great job done on a difficult issue
I had an issue that was difficult to diagnose as it did not throw a check engine light or code. The guys actually took it for a road test with diagnostic equipment attached to find out what was going on.

Friendly, fast service
The entire staff from Theresa, my Service Advisor, to the service technician and my shuttle drivers, were very nice, professional and accommodating. Thank you for finishing the repair of my car sooner then promised and getting me back on the road! Really pleasant experience for my first time service at Honolulu Ford!
