Drop off took only a few minutes, finished in a few hours, didn't have one part needed that day but had it by the next morning. Chad is a great asset to Honolulu Ford!

I brought our 2014 Escape in for multiple service items and 2 recalls. Everything was done that day except a warrany repair on the passenger side front window doesn't go down all the way since new. Talked to Service Manager Sam and returned 2 days later for repair. Turns out the window cannot be adjusted and this is a factory defect - whole window mechanism will have to replaced. Mechanic brought me back and showed me the problem. The mechanic Jose, Tiffany Franco, and Sam all went beyond the call to make it right! THANK YOU! Everyone at Honolulu Ford Service was friendly and helpful. A pleasant service experience for my first time there.

I went into honolulu ford to get my A.C. checked out because it was not blowing cold air and there was also a weird smell that was coming out from it. I was immediately greeted by Chad and he asked me detailed questions to find out the problem and was able to get my car fixed that same day. Thankfully I got it back the same day because it is such a hot summer! Thanks for great service!
