In August of 2025 I purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan from

In August of 2025 I purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan from Bentley Indianapolis. The salesman I dealt with was Austin Campbell. Initially he seemed like an honest young man however turned out a typical car salesman only interested in making the most money up front with no post sales help. In August of 2025 I purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan. I will not go into any of the negotiations as there wasn’t any. “Here’s the price“ period. I had a friend. I had a friend drive me down to pick it up about 110 miles from my home. About 70 miles into the drive home a warning light and message came on saying the brake pads needed replaced. I emailed the salesman and he said he would check with the service manager. I reached out to a couple of respected dealers in my area and told them my story. All said that to they would do the right thing to maintain customer satisfaction. After much no response from emails and calls I wrote to Austin Campbell and the GM Moe Barham. I was able to find a qualified mechanic to replace the pads for a fair price of $423.70 and requested reimbursement for this. No response received from either addressee. All and all a very bad experience and much respect lost of this dealership, Barham family and Austin Campbell. Please note that I refrained from writing this review for quite a number of weeks giving the dealership time to respond and do the right thing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

Best buying experience I have had in a long time.

Best buying experience I have had in a long time. Found the car online and hashed out the details via text and phone, so when we picked up the vehicle, we were in and out in under an hour. I read some great reviews for Bentley Indianapolis and some not so good, so I got scared...initially we were going to have the car shipped to our house, so I decided going there in person was best. I found the people working there very nice and not pretentious. Our car was in great condition and was exactly what was described online and in the video/photos.

It took my 5-6 attempts over 10 days to get a response

It took my 5-6 attempts over 10 days to get a response from this dealership. I emailed and called and no response. When they finally got back to me the car sold the day before. I missed out on the car I wanted from this dealership because they failed to get back to me

I was very skeptical abt buying car online and that too

I was very skeptical abt buying car online and that too from Indiana getting shipped to NJ while doing everything via teams or online live chats or videos. But I have to say that I'm so glad and very happy with the purchase of 2024 M4 convertible. I wanted to really Thank knowleageble, honest, trust worthy sales person Josh who not only helped me throughout the buying process but even after the delivery, was still guiding me if I had any questions. Amazing ethics and honesty, very rare to find nowadays 👏 👌 pls keep it up and get a raise! 😀 definitely recommend him, just do yr due diligence with the lemon squad and don't rush to sign papers. Review it thoroughly. They tend to make errors when compared to original proposed or accepted sale(accounting/book keeping). You have to be specific when do u want them to run yr credit, bcos the interest will start accumulating that day. overall good experience will definitely buy another car in near future.

Bentley Indianapolis and Josh Rhodius were GREAT to work with. I am near Seattle and they provided all the pictures, videos, and PPI coordination I asked for. Easy negotiation. 10/10 and highly recommended.

We bought a 2024 BMW X7 remotely and could not have been more pleased with our experience. Austin Campbell, our salesman, was top notch. He was knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive. We received our car through a shipping company the dealership contracted with and it was seamless. Highly recommend!
