BUYERS BEWARE!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I bought a 2020 Ford EcoSport new from this dealership. Only had 100ish miles on the car. Due to Ford's failure to manufacture a safe and reliable vehicle, my car broke down on October 13th, 2023. I have been without the car for 2-1/2 years, paying on a loan and insurance. Ford has not helped until last week. I am now being told that due to the recall (fuel pump), my engine is destroyed, and I need a new one. There is no ETA on this engine. Ford will not allow the staff in Franklin to put the other engine in that they have on the shelf, and wants me to wait for the other engine. Ford won't allow me any refunds on the loan or insurance. This car will be paid off in October, and I have been paying on this broken car that hasn't worked longer than it has worked. I HATE Ford. I will never EVER buy a Ford vehicle again. I will never set foot in this location or any Ford location. This is a money-hungry company that doesn't care a tiny bit about its customers. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I have had the worst 2-1/2 years of my life due to this company. I have reported this dealership to the attorney general. Next is social media and the local news outlets if Ford doesn't get it together and do what is right.

Lyons Ford is the best experience ever.

Lyons Ford is the best experience ever. I've been there many times for purchase and service and it is always the same. They treat their customers like family, always personable, professional and focused. My truck is always in the shop at the appointment time.

Service review

All was well done Service advisor was very nice and helped find me a tire on Friday that enabled me to use my truck over the Weekend until my matching tire came in on Monday. Way to go Shane !!

I was having a stalling problem . It only happened once a week. They looked at it. Told me it could be multiple things and didn?t charge me anything.
