Alpha Motorsports Manassas

Bought a used Jeep Compass here last month that only had 12k miles on it. Was guaranteed that the accident the vehicle had been involved in with the previous owner was nothing more than cosmetic damage which had been “repaired” before it went back out on the lot for sale. I even questioned a sound coming from the vehicle during acceleration which Tony had ensured me was just an air intake component that was missing on the vehicle and sent me to their sister location to have that part reinstalled. Not even a full week later, once the vehicle had been off for a while, turning it back on, there was now an obnoxiously loud sound coming from the suspension for the first fifteen or so minutes when the vehicle has just been started. I called and let them know what was going on with the vehicle and again was told since it’s still under warranty, nothing would be coming out of my pocket for repairs. I took the vehicle into a Jeep repair center that quoted me $2,600 in repairs to the alternator and several other components that were not covered under warranty due to them being related to an accident. I don’t know what kind of shady job was done to get this vehicle back up to where it could be legally sold but now after having kept me in the dark about all of this from the dealership I bought it from, im stuck with this vehicle and Tony and management staff refuses to return my calls. I guess now that I’ve bought one of their vehicles, im no longer a customer nor am I their problem to deal with. Great customer service guys! Grade A.

It’s either fraud or, at least, gross dishonesty!! These guys advertise a car at lower price to move up the ratings. Then, when I call, they tell me that, to get that to get thee stated price, you have to pay cash, be a veteran and meet a number of ridiculous conditions. He then seriously sent me a loan application and tell me we can work something out. Lol.. That’s shouldn’t be allowed!!

Tony was very nice and easy to communicate with. Replied promptly. They have a variety of vehicles to choose from.

Be aware this dealership has most of the cars Accidents/ Structural damaged. Before buying any car from this dealership ask them to show you Auto check report . They were hiding with customers about damaged car which have got in my deal also they misplaced my original tag & never got back from them. ( very unprofessional) worst customer service. I will never send any business nor going to this dealership in future. They are sailing most of the damaged car & by the time you will come to know they can't do anything. I have got very bad experience with AJ & Amir. They hide the car facts & now saying they can’t do anything.

Such an amazing staff , I was pretty much greeted by all the employees I saw . Very professional and clean dealership. Everything was explained with details and pretty much all my questions were answered . I did my research on the car i was interested in and had also checked out the same car at a few nearby dealerships but in the end I felt like Alpha Motorsports was the way to go with the Mercedes c300 . So many selections it was hard to choose but ultimately I feel like I made the right choice. Thank you everyone , especially Tony , Aj and David!

Excellent experience The staff was very humble, respectful and friendly. Amir helped me out with the process and test driving. He was patient and understanding and answered all my questions . Aj got me an rate better than I thought I would get through one of their banks and very happy with my monthly payment. the monthly payment was my main concern and now I don't have any worries. they had a great selection of Teslas , I decided to trade in my lexus is350 for a tesla. I got a great rate from their finance dept and great price on my trade-in so it was very hard to say no. not to mention all the money i will save not paying for gas. no brainer. Thank you everyone at Alpha

I never had an easier process to purchase a vehicle , I came to test drive the car , loved it ! put a deposit on it , signed all the paperwork online the next day and since I was busy working from home they shipped the car to me for free . Thank you to Tony and Aj you were both super helpful !
