CLICK BAIT CAR ADS - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME or BE PREPARED TO PAY 12-15% OVER their advertised price! Don't believe their prices, then backdoor you by adding 12-15% to the price of any vehicle - it's a scam...called about a minivan they had for sale at $27k...OTD 'best' price they could offer was $30.5k (+13%) then were quite insulting saying 'I should know how car dealers work' re: their overhead and fees - which is just nonsense. I do know how dealers work, as I'd contacted plenty before I called these swindlers - NONE said the best they could do was 13% over list. It just boils down to honesty - the drop the price on the front end because they want customers to believe their fees are 'standard' - maybe they are standard if you were born yesterday. The last car I bought before this was a '15 Corvette Z06...list price $61k was best in the market - flew 500 miles to get it - their fees w/ taxes/title included: $63k - half of which was TAX! If you're looking for terrible customer service, people that don't value your business, think you're a complete idiot and treat you like one, and want to pay well over the market rate for your next car...this is your dealer...

I'm overall very pleased with my purchase and home delivery was great. However, the advertised priced online did not include the dealer's added 'reconditioning' fee of $1400 and I think the $999 processing fee is excessive. I believe online pricing should be more transparent. The title arrived two weeks after the final sale, which I thought was timely. Tony is a great salesman....friendly, informative, professional and willing to do what it takes to make a sale. The fuel gauge showed the car was almost on empty during the test drive, so I asked Tony if he was going to send it to me with an empty tank. He said he would put gas in it, but it was delivered with the low fuel light illuminated. The passenger's side headlight was also out upon delivery. Those things sort of put a damper on the auto purchasing experience for me, but I was pleasantly surprised that Tony contacted me a couple of days later to make sure things were ok. Bonus.....Buddy the cat was the best!!
