Great car buying experience!! The day I arrived to test drive the 2017 Lincoln MKZ Select AWD it was rainy and nasty outside, but Amir took care of me and made sure I had a good test drive. There was no pressure to buy, he was up front with the price, features, and pulled out the Carfax and showed me the history of the car. When I came back in for a follow-up appointment, I noticed there was damage to both of the right side rims and one of the tires was punctured in the sidewall. Something that wasn't visible to me on the rainy day test drive. David stepped in and had the rims repaired, which I didn't know was a thing, and gave me two news tires. That to me is excellent customer service!! The staff was friendly, professional, and polite, which made for a great car buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends.

We had an absolutely fabulous experience purchasing a car from Alpha Motors. Amir went above and beyond to make sure the car was in the best possible shape and all imperfections pointed out to him was addressed and repaired prior to me driving off the lot.
